Just visited for the first time, Saturday at 3pm. Front desk lady was nice, ladies locker room was tidy, floor being mopped as I changed. Worker was pleasant so I practiced my Spanish with her. Pool lanes were available, one to each swimmer. My lock and my locker were not tampered with and I had no other problems. I’ll be happy to return here while my Mountain View location is upgraded.

As 24 Hour Fitness gyms go (and I’ve been to many of them), I find this to be a pretty good one, for two reasons: 1) Relatively uncrowded. I have come several times on weeknights at the typical peak hour of around 6-7pm, and did not have much trouble getting onto exercise machines, unlike at other locations at that same time of day. Locker room also has ample space. 2) This site seems to have pretty much everything 24 Hour Fitness offers, including a pool and a basketball court.

I applied online for a 3 day free pass to have a try of the gym. And the staff requires a proof of address for that.I believe the policy is misleading as well as those proof of address policy requirement is not available onlineThis is the worst experience I have. The staff is rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all.

Really nice gym. Big pool that was pretty empty on a Monday morning. Lockers have key code so you don't need a lock. The group classroom is a little small but has mirrors on 3 sides which helps.

Front desk Joanna was rude! Ended up cancelling membership due to her inability to be professional and treating customers bad. Will not recommend going to this super sport in Sunnyvale. I wouldn't even call it a super sport. Some of the other staff were nice. But Joanna needs to go back to school to learn manners. Go else where!!

During pandemic they have charged multiple times ($51.99) based on my previous billing address information stating the gyms have opened and closed during COVID. How am I supposed to know? I don’t live there anymore. Bad customer service, both at the gym and call center. I have been member since 3 years and they don’t treat well, they only care about money!I joined CRUNCH fitness, it’s great and surprisingly way cheaper.

Parking is abundant and wraps to the back of Safeway. Masks are required and staff monitor to ensure that it covers BOTH nose and mouth. I truly enjoy the staff here. They are super nice. Bobby, the manager is the best! The gym is clean and well maintained and I like the energy. There are 6 powerlifting stations to the right, 2 squat racks and 1 Smith machine to the left towards the front. 2 incline leg press machines and shrug/hack squat/deadlift machine nearby. A variety of the typical back/chest machines along with the typical Hoist tower station and 3 Life Motion arm cable machines. There are plenty of machines to target any body part. Pool, BB court and studio are all open. All cardio machines are upstairs and 2 stationary upright bikes and 2 Concept II row machines downstairs. Fitness trainers are in session with their own blocked off area

General Manager, Bobby Chioreon (hope I got the spelling correct!) is the best and the staff is amazing. There was an odd hiccup with my membership and although I was paid to date I showed as terminated in the system this month. Not only did Bobby attempt to address the situation immediately, he alerted his staff and placed a note in my file so I could still come to the gym. I had an issue with reactivating my account and a very nice lady on the phone told me that was not a possibility. When I returned to the gym Bobby asked how the reactivation went, I explained I couldn't and had to get a new membership. Bobby immediately got on the phone and within 24 hours I had the entire situation corrected and old membership reactivated.Bobby provided a level of customer service that I have never experienced. He could have easily moved on knowing that I had a new membership but he took the time to investigate and make the situation right. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for Bobby enough.I was going to pay the one month for the new membership and look for another gym. Now I am a loyal 24 Hour Fitness member solely due to the phenomenal customer service provided by Bobby.THANK YOU!!!

I had a very bad experience with 24 hr. fitness. I had an issue with my payment, I was wrongly charged for my membership during the pandemic when the gyms were closed. The front desk lady was very unpleasant. It felt like she dint want to help at all. The manager had to chime in and direct us to the customer service. We called the customer service, and the lady did not quite understand my concern either and kept referring to the company’s policy. I have wasted 30 min of my time and finally decided to cancel my membership. Not sure if it’s a good idea to be stingy for one month fee (during pandemic) over losing a member. Also, this one is pretty small and crowded, NOT worth your money.

This place like all other 24 Hour Fitness locations have turned into a mobster business model. I ask the corporate to respond to this and reach out to me and explain how could they continue charging me and my son month over month for more than 17 months totalling to around $2000 after we canceled our membership in the beginning of pandemic like millions of other people around the globe. They keep bouncing me back and forth between different locations and the best I head is " we are regular employees, can't even pull up your account and tell you how much we have charged you without a manager. And where is the manager, who know.
