The staff at this gym is unnecessarily rude. Johnny, the front desk worker when I first visited, did not allow me to use a free pass despite living in the area just because my California driver’s license has my old address. I even showed him my PG&E utility bill, but he disregarded me completely. He also bullied and floated the idea of firing another women employee for trying to explain the situation, which obviously left us both emotionally stressed and distraught. Overall, the staff at this gym are the most inconsiderate staff I’ve encountered at a commercial gym (and I’ve been to many). If you’re in Sunnyvale, there are many other gyms. Why would you come to this one? The way management treats their staff is already borderline abusive, imagine how they treat their customers.

I have been going to this gym for around a year now. I think the gym delivers for the subscription it charges.Pros:1) There are a total of 8 squat racks. And even around the busy evening period, the wait times at worse can be 10 minutes, which is understandable.2) There are sufficient dumbbells. There are 2 sets of lower weight dumbbells which helps considering majority are going after them.3) You will also find bands and exercise balls available for use.4) There are sufficient benches and cable machines to reduce the wait times.5) There are plenty of lockers available, so shouldn't be a problem finding one.6) There are treadmills and ellipticals on the upper floor for some cardio.Cons:1) Some of the barbells definitely deserve an upgrade. The grips on them isn't good for heavy lifts.2) I miss some of the machines such as hacksquats machine and the hip-thrust machine. But it's fine, I won't consider that a dealbreaker.All in all, this is a good gym. I think it does get crowded during the evening, but that's true for any gym. It's better to be smart about the workout and find some variations to save time rather than be upset about it. I haven't had any issue whatsoever with the staff. They have been helpful, at least in the interactions that I have had. There's also a swimming pool, which I haven't used but they do clean it regularly. So, I would say give this place a try and decide for yourself.

Just moved to Sunnyvale a little less than 2 weeks ago, went in with the 3 day pass I signed up for on their website. Brought a mailed bill with my new address on it that clearly states Sunnyvale. The rude older gentleman in the front still wouldn’t let me use it. Said my license didn’t have my address??? Like what who gets their license changed as soon as they move? Why don’t they want people to try their gym before signing up what are they hiding? Would have literally signed up after a day or two of trying out the gym. Anyways if you’re new to the area and don’t have a Sunnyvale address on your license just move on don’t waste your time.

Warren Fan helped me today as I was coming in asking questions about my membership, he sat down with me and figured out a plan that works for me considering I am going back and forth from school and family home. I liked the gym and went to it for over a year but now I wanted to switch gym due to old equipments (there will always be some equipments out of service and everything is fairly old). However, 24hrs made this cancellation process really difficult. I cannot cancel online for some internet glitches. I called customer service and store numbers, they cannot do it over the phone. I went to stores twice, they don’t have managers there that can help with it…

Its surprising while i was working out he saw few defects in my workout style and without booking any consultation he was able to give me few free tips about workout, diet, posture and intensity. Gym is overall good. Some equipment has clearly seen some better days, but everything is still working fine. It does seem to be lacking in some equipment. I always have to go looking for plates in the bench/machine area since there are not enough. Should also get more bars for the power racks so people could squat and deadlift at the same time, could help congestion in that area. Minor issues, but also ones that are simple to fix

This place used to be nice until recently. I got my car key/credit card stolen from the locker within a few minutes, and I received the credit card fraud alert within half hour. I don't think it is a random case. This must become the normal & routine things in this place. Be very careful, even if you think you bring nothing to the gym except driving your car. I was shocked when I realized my car key was gone.

What other have said staff is very unprofessional and the locker room areas at night are disgusting. They obviously do NOT tend to the shower area that often. Bring it to the attention of the staff and wait, their on their phone watching whatever. Bring it to management smh, yea right. That being said you can’t beat the price for the equipment they have available. I really wish corporate would do visits to their facilities and hold their management accountable.

Horrible and totally poor customer experience. FELT ROBBED of my own money. It felt like they do not bother about the service being provided. I had called to cancel the membership back in 2021 and I was told based on the plan we had, we need to wait until April 2021 for the membership to be cancelled and when its done the system will let us know. Membership was cancelled for my wife and for our kid's care, HOWEVER, my membership was not. They DID NOT add a note on their system and I was being charged until now (Nov 2022). When I called, their team member said he cannot see the note in their (WHICH IS THEIR FAULT IN FIRST PLACE) and told me that 24hr fitness WOULD NOT CARE MUCH ABOUT THIS and instead would question me. He told me if I had reached out 2 months back something could have been done.I did tell him, WHY SOMEONE would keep paying money every month AND NOT make use of their service. He said as per the system, they can see that I have not been using their service at all. He told his GM (Manager) would reach out to me.I had been calling then since yesterday and even today. And now, they DO NOT EVEN receive the call even though they are open.THIS IS RIDICULOUS and I now FEEL ROBBED of my own money even though as a customer I had called them stop the membership which they failed to do.
