They nickel and dime you to death!! Durng the BLIZZARD this weekend, I was stuck in a ditch and called them in advance. They charged me anyway. I called manager and she didn’t show up for work that day either. Poor response. Never resolved issue. Manager never available. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ORANGE THEORY !!!!!!

I love OT Syracuse! Everyone is so nice and you will get the best workout. It is by far the best gym experience I have ever had and is so worth the money.

Fun, energetic staff and a guaranteed great work out. Even though you use the same equipment in each class, they do a good job using a variety of workout structures (sprint days, endurance days, high incline days, leg days, etc) to keep it different and fresh.

I absolutely love the Orange Theory workout! As a trainer myself, I appreciate the science-backed programming, the immediate feedback and being able to put my head down and do the work! In December, I had the luxury to travel a few places and go to OTF classes all over the country! The coaching everywhere you go is top notch and every studio has a unique element all it's own. At the Syracuse OTF, it was clear that the coaches and members were very tight and familial - made me feel super comfortable and welcome right off the bat. Thanks OTF for your commitment to excellence, high energy and efficient, powerful exercise for everyone. xo

OTF is great. I’ve been going to this location for 4 months and couldn’t be happier with my decision to join. Coaches are upbeat and supportive, staff is friendly and helpful, and I’m in much better shape, so a win all around. I’ve gone to other OTF studios while traveling and have similar encounters are well.

There is a huge difference between OTF and the others. You never know what the day’s workout will be and that element of surprise is one of the things that makes it so effective. As an older adult I wanted to get in better shape to keep up with the younger guys in my fire department. I tried a machines-only discount gym and stayed there for years, then graduated to another place doing indoor cycle and TRX multiple times a week...but OTF finally broke the plateau and took me where I wanted to go. Every day is something different and another challenge to meet. If I can do this 3-4 times a week so can anybody. And a big shoutout to the coaches and staff here at Syracuse DeWitt as they are the most motivating and supportive professionals anywhere.

Kristin was a fantastic and motivating coach! Jenn was a best in class sales associate and took the time to get to know myself and my colleague and helped us acclimate to your studio. Great experience!

Planning a workout saps my mental energy, and then I don't end up going. With OT, I love that all I have to do is show up. The trainers explain the workout, show you the proper way to do the weights and encourage you. I love that I can go at my own pace and weight choice. I can push myself when I'm feeling great, or ease back if I'm having a tough day.

Everyone on the staff is amazing and supportive. This is the best, most efficient and hardest fitness program I've ever been part of and I was in the Navy for 20 years. Can't argue with the results either. The only bad part is that I need all new clothes because I'm 30 pounds lighter (with muscles I've never seen before on me) than I was 6 months ago.

Attend an average of two classes a week and love it. I am not a big fan of cardio but the ever changing class templates make it interesting. They effectively combine cardio with strength training. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The Studio Manager is the best!
