Great clean establishment with awesome coaching and programming. I come from a CrossFit and strength training background and this gym provides me a good balance of both functional fitness, strength, and conditioning. I also like that the movements are constantly varied so you never get bored. Another plus is the class from warm up, workout, and cool down is done in 30 minutes. However, you always feel like you got a good workout in and maximized your time in just 30 minutes when you’re in a time crunch. Lastly, all movements are scalable to your ability or mood for the day. You can go as hard/heavy/fast as you want or go a little lighter and slower on days where you’re not feeling up to it. Regardless, you are sure to have a good time while getting your fitness-on!

PC FitBody is the best gym I have ever belonged to. I started there after a major surgery because I needed personal attention during workouts to help build strength and mobility. That was 6 months ago, and not only am I fully recovered from surgery, at 40-something years old, I'm probably in the best shape of my life. The coaches are so supportive and and involved in your journey, and they make every single customer feel like family. Love love love this place, and can't say enough great things about it. TRY IT OUT!

Joel and his team are awesome to work with on a daily basis. I came with my wife who was a regular about 4 months ago. They welcomed me into the community and work with me to hit my targets. I feel much more physically fit and have a much better well balanced fitness. Before I ran, lifted weights, swam and biked. However, the cardio and overall physical fitness from stations and varying exercises is phenomenal. It was tough to acclimate but I look forward to Fit Body and love this place.

There’s so much to love about this local business that I don’t know where to start! The inclusive nature, the one on one coaching, the positive energy....I walk in and I feel like family. I love getting an effective and fun 30 minute workout in. It’s perfect for my busy life!
