The place is a bit dirty but overall good equipment and space. I was assured by staff I did not have an active membership at any planet fitness so purchased one. Noticed my bill this month had 2 charges so called planet fitness. I called and Staff confirmed I had another membership at another location, apologized, and said the manager would call me. Manager said that they were having problems with newly trained staff but that I was responsible for knowing if I had another membership. I responded That I had been assured by staff that I did not have another membership at any other planet fitness. Was told by manager that they could not refund my start fee or the double fee I paid.This is very poor business practice.

This gym got it all. Great and friendly service with the staff plenty of machines to work out in and someone's always cleaning. It actually looked like they had a little room off by itself or a hard 30 minute workout all the necessary equipment and staff to assist. Nice bathrooms clean

I been here the last couple of days/evenings and it may not be the most impeccable in being clean, it is at least well maintained and cared for. The night staff are very friendly allowing me to wear my pup hood in the gym and gave me no issues or got upset with me. Had to ask first if course to respect the staff but they were at least accommodating

I moved from Thornton in March. My checking account started being charged again, which I did not notice until August 3rd. I called and spoke with the manager explaining I had moved and needed to cancel my account, as I now live in Centennial. The manager assured me he had canceled my account, only to see 3 months later I am still being charged. After calling back-the manager stated he did not remember my call and normally you have to go in to cancel. I have my phone records proving my call, but they treated me like a liar. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED DURING A PANDEMIC!!!

Your drinking fountains are dispensing some of the warmest most unrefreshing water I’ve ever tasted at a gym and I moved here from Flint, Michigan. Are you sure your compressors aren’t running in reverse? I know, I’ll bring my own water, but then I run the risk of being publicly shamed by a “Lunk” siren on the wall. Well PF to the rescue with their own reasonably priced private reserve bottled water. (People who hate to be shamed is your principal demographic. Well played sir.)

Good place to go to but i go at 12 at night and they close 1 to 2 for "cleaning" but the sime not the girl guys working there get really mad and give you looks if youre not out of there by 12:55. It doesn't feel good at times if at 1 to 3 they cleaned why sre they doing it at midnight. But ok

It was my first time to this planet fitness since moving here from Florida several months ago. Alyssa and Destiny were most accommodating. I used to be a general manager of a gold's gym, and they are the exemplary role of how I want my front desk associates to be. They answered every single question with knowledge. Give those girls a raise!

This place is the worst yet. These facilities are franchise-owned. The prices are good but they manipulate your ability to go to other planet fitnesses around the country. They have limitations and if you reach those limitations they're additional fees that they do not tell you about. You can't switch to a different facility for at least 90 days. They don't inform you of this either.

Planet fitness manager Jesse is a absolute joke. He is very unprofessional and is a manipulative liar. I got covid and was sick for a while, my account was frozen and I was still charged for 5 months worth of a membership I couldn't use. When I went in a team member said if I came back Jesse would be able to refund it. I then went back to talk to Jesse and he refused to refund it and was rude. I had issues with the manager prior to covid whether it be the bathrooms were NOT kept up to expectations, there wasn't any paper towels or sanitizer so people working out could clean the machines after they used them, or if I had issues with my membership.At this point planet fitness I have called your corporate office multiple times since then where I've been placed on hold then hung up on. I will be contacting the better buisness bureau to file a formal complaint against you.

I just started getting back to the gym. I’ve been to Planet Fitness before. As far as gyms go, they have the best business model around. You can’t beat the membership deals. The gyms are large, clean and if you pay attention to the app, you can avoid crowds.
