Made up a story lmao đđđđđ, how is that possible when I've never even been in a urge fitness... I gave this review because of how you treat people. Anyone who doesn't believe me look at my Edgewater location review. âŚ

Called this 24 hour gym about a day pass. I'm home visiting and wanted an early workout before my flight. For some God forsaken reason...they charging $32 dollars for a day pass. I've been to this gym before. Nothing in there is worth $32 for one day.Yal really out of pocket.UPDATE: You are an idiot. Nobody said anything about free. If your lowest gym membership price is $19.99...why would anyone with common sense pay $32 dollars for a day pass....for this hotel quality gym. Knock it off.

great gym overall, been coming here for years-needs filtered water fountain station- no sauna/steam room which isnt really the gyms fault due to lack of space

I came in on Tuesday July 11th after 8pm, close to 9 probably around 8:51pm to cancel my membership and was told I had to come before 8pm in order to do so. So thatâs fine I said and I came in yesterday, Monday July 17th around 7:50pm and was told them that I have to come before 5pm in order to cancel. I told the employee that I was told before 8pm before so thatâs why I came and he told me âwell itâs basically tattooed on our foreheads at this point, itâs before 5pmâ so I was like ok. The RUDE employee then explained the rules of cancelation and I asked him to repeat it, because he went fast! He then said âoh see I know that you werenât told come in before 8pm and you forgotâ âŚ.. no. Not at all. Before I left I was still nice and said âwell u know I just had twins so driving 25 min away from home is farâ & he said âYOU THINK 25 MINUTES IS FAR?â I was like âyea, to leave my family; yesâ he then said they have daycare and I said I do not want to put my 2 month twins in a daycare and he THEN SAID âoh so you rather leave your kids at home than bring them a few feet away from you at the gym?â I said âwell theyâre with my boyfriendâ & he went âoh you must have a lot of drama in your lifeâ and I said âexcuse me? Thatâs their fatherâ ⌠he said âwell you didnât specifyâ âŚ. Iâm sorry? I did not think MY PERSONAL LIFE mattered so much in the conversation of canceling my membership. I simply walked out because I did not want to be disrespectful and I was not. I called the manager who was more concerned about âyes he was right about the time before 5pmâ I said âI donât care about the time I care that your employee was talking about my personal life, you donât do thatâ and was told he would talk to him. The guy had black hair and on the bigger side. Instead of using that energy to argue with me and try to talk about my personal life he should use it to work out. It pissed me off so much and I need to write this review so people are aware of the disrespect I got. Which we ridiculous! I can see looking at the reviews the staff does not care for customer service and it needs to be known!

They justify everything because one no longer wanted to pay and it turns out that they make charges that one no longer wants to continue doing or does not need, and they say that they cannot stop it. I simply could not continue going to the training sessions that they gave me for the months because of my work. I asked that they stop debiting me and they kept doing it !! they want to keep customers and do as they please. They never sought to solve this, they just told me we cannot remove the charges. so that's why it's my bad experience!!!

Seen a bunch of the reviews here, donât understand why they hate this gym so much. Iâve just started coming to this gym and Iâve had a great time with my friend. Great equipment lots of equipment and clean environment.

FYI... There is no upper management to speak with if you have an issue at any of the fitness clubs. Even though I gave the 60 days notice when I went into the club in person and spoke with a manager to cancel the personal training add on - they continue to draft my account.

Signed up for a three month plan in June 2022 and told them I would be moving in two months. They "accidentally" put me on a year contract. They told me to cancel my 3 month plan to come to them at the end of June, I did and they told me the cancellation went through (it did not). Come July, they never cancelled it and they put it as a year contract. Explicitly told them that I was only there for a couple months. They have not responded to my emails, letters in the mail, and am still dealing with this today.

They lure you in with free months at the end of your contract, but if you wish to end your contract they tell you that you need to give 60 days notice. If you cancel with 3 free months left, aka 90 days notice, they will take away the 3 free months and then charge you for 2 more months.
