Great gym! $30 for 24/hr access. I work in healthcare and it is hard for me to get into the gym during regular hours. Love the option to have 24 hour access. All contracts and payments explained to me and printed for me to take home. Very great explanations by the staff. I love it here!

To start, I am not using my real name as you release personal information on when I attended your gym, which violates ethics and morality in customer privacy. So don't say you are "perplexed" (which is apparently the only semi-strong vocabulary word you possess) when my name does not appear in your system. This fitness establishment is unfit (ironic as it is a place to get fit) for the community. Being someone who has lived in Ewing for 12+ years, I have developed a respect for businesses who respect college students (as I have 2 of my own). College students are simply finding their way in life, yet owners like this one take advantage of them. This is truly unfair and a disgrace. I hope the owner does not have kids; if you do, they are in my thoughts having you as a parent. You simply cannot take criticism, as per your responses to 20 year olds behind a computer. Accept criticism, change your habits, become a nicer person, and then maybe your establishment will become worth while. Until then, I suggest NO ONE GIVE THIS PLACE A CENT.In regards to the equipment, it is pretty good. They have pretty much anything you would need in a gym, besides brain cells that understand simple business etiquette.I anxiously await your reply, as I already know this review will leave you "perplexed." Maybe don't attack me, yet foster a sense of change and improve your business. Although, based on your previous responses, I do not know if that is possible for your temper and behavioral issues. Seek help.

Do NOT get yourself tangled up in this mess of a gym. Tried to cancel my membership almost 2 months before my contract ended, as advised. I went inside the gym and was ignored for almost 30 minutes after stating I was red to cancel. Finally someone helped me and of course gave me a hard time, nagging me to stay. Did all the paperwork to cancel membership, and even got the email saying my cancellation request was accepted, granted I paid the remainder of my existing membership. Almost 3 months later and my membership is renewed with an end date in the year 2039. You get sent to a call center who advised you to go in person, and you get ignored and scammed while you’re there. Seems the only way to cut ties with this place is to contact my bank and file a dispute. Super sketchy, stay away.

just wanted to leave a 1star review because the responses to negative reviews are mean and insulting from the owner. Ive been a member for over a year and a half and have since canceled. Since urge reopened its gyms alot if people have had issues with being over charged or cancelations (read newest reviews of ANY urge gym) myself included.. i was charged $210 for a 1month membership for my 15yr old son.. any request to speak with an owner or manager led me to the same person who over charged me. it used to be a good gym, now its just greedy. Hope you guys hire better staff in the future. Probably not... and now, que mean insulting comment from urge below.👇

Worked out here and there, off and on for years. Never really brought myself to full potential. Will was really cool to show me the gym and let me know he'd be around most days if I needed any help. Laid back chicks got me in pretty quick and weren't pushy. Just normal people. Place was clean. And even saw members cleaning the equipment after use (if you mind about that sort of thing ) . As soon as I get the blinders off and the confidence up I will be spending more time there a day. So far seems like a great choice both on location and routine. Thanks urge (will & cute punk chick appreciate it ) lol

UPDATE:I received my money back very quickly after emailing Urge's help center. They were fast and professional. As promised, I am negating my initial review.Their facilities are great for anyone, regardless of their goals. I did have a poor conversation when I explained my issue (below) to the staff at Urge, which is why I am changing my review to 3 stars instead of 4. I wish this could have been resolved in a better manner, as I did call the facility as soon as I was charged. If i would not have emailed I would have paid over $120 for one workout. I can't speak on anything else because I only worked out at Urge once.Facilities: 4/5My initial experience with the staff: 5/5My follow up experience with the staff: 1/5Their admittance and resolution of their mistakes: 5/5You may read my initial review below, however this was BEFORE I was promptly refunded.Thank you, Urge.***Initial Review Below***!!!!!$127.64 FOR ONE WORKOUT!!!!!I've never written a negative review before but I can't help myself with this one.... please read all the way through, you'll be glad you did.I cannot fully express my disappointment in this gym. Initially, my teammates and I thought this would be a great gym for us to train, as our school facilities were not open to us (COVID protocols... long story). Anyways, we signed up and paid $42.64 for the month of June. We and the staff zoomed through the paperwork (there were 8 of us so we just went as quick as possible). We needed to workout early in the mornings so I believe we had to pay extra for that. We lifted right after signing up and had a great lift! The next day however, our school football program included hang clean and power clean, which we could not perform in the gym. Therefore, we had to cancel as we would need to find a gym that could accommodate our program. We paid $42.64 for one day of lifting... but we went on our way with no hard feelings. After all, it was our mistake for not taking the proper due diligence beforehand. If that was that, I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review... however, I was recently charged $42.64 AGAIN! I thought to myself, "this surely must be a mistake." So I called the gym, (admittedly I was frustrated, but by no means disrespectful) and explained my situation. To my surprise, I was nearly LAUGHED AT by the dude on the phone. He then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be refunded AND I'd also have to pay for AUGUST as well!!!You'd think that Urge, like any business, would like to maintain positive relationships with their customers... however I guess they're more interested in scamming college students for $127.92 for one workout.Good luck having success with that business plan.If you're reading this, don't even give Urge your business. Go down the street to Full Depth or literally anywhere else. Planet Fitness is cheaper and honestly cleaner, has better equipment, and definitely wont charge you $40+ for one workout. Full Depth is a super friendly, small-business gym thats cheap and will actually offer a few days extra to lift if you need (like they did for me).I am in the process of emailing Urge's help center for a refund of the July charge and a cancellation of the upcoming August charge. If they give me my money back I will remove this review; if they don't, this review stays and if anyone asks me about Urge... well... you can be sure that they won't be signing up for a membership.

Very nice gym and staff. Urge has always provided me with good customer service. Brian is the best trainer. My only suggestion would be to please make sure all your members wear masks and wear them correctly. Not everyone going to the gym is young and healthy. We all have to work together to keep members of Urge safe. Thank you.

I live around the corner from this gym. Moved to the area recently. I put in for a free 3 day trial. Mason invited me in to the gym. I came in and they naturally asked for license. I hadn’t yet changed my address on my license because everyone knows what a pain going to the DMV is. Mason said I couldn’t workout there because my license wasn’t updated with my new address. I offered to show a piece of mail… honestly any other proof of address, even my lease agreement for my new place that happened to be in my car. Apparently that wasn’t good enough and they turned me away. Mind you, you can get on an airplane and travel without and updated address. This gym is 7 minutes from where I moved and I will never go here. I am in sales myself and I am not sure what kind of tactic that is turning down business. I was told that the “VP” of the gym was there so Mason asked him and I was still shot down. However, they said if I join the gym, then I can workout there…. Really? You’ll take my credit card info so quickly but I need to change my address on my license for a free trial? You guys need to get it together or take a customer service in sales class. I would be happy to train your staff. Also, if you’re debating on joining this gym, just read the owner responses to poor reviews. Attacking the consumer or potential consumer is terrible. That’s no way to run a successful business. It’s sad to see.

Providing a 1 star review due to difficulty cancelling my membership and having to drive quite the distance after moving to cancel in person. I feel during a pandemic there should be easier ways to cancel, particularly since USPS has been experiencing delays.I thought my review above posted but I guess something went wrong. The gym was a nice gym to be a part of outside with very respectful staff, so I'm very perplexed as to who's writing these responses? Regarding my move, I took time out of my day to make the drive to cancel the membership to ensure we didn't get charged due to any postal delays.Overall, this gym has what you need and worked for us during our time in Ewing. My review is my opinion and it is strictly regarding the cancellation policy, which significantly impacted my experience overall.

Not sure what all these bad reviews are coming from… I went to this gym for quite some time and enjoyed everything about it! Not to mention the employees are NOT RUDE in the slightest. I felt greatly welcomed and encouraged to better myself working out here. If you are in the Ewing area, I highly recommend Urge Fitness.
