That’s incredibly insane. I’m gonna tell you what happened today. Employee (girl) said that the gym is $12 per day. That’s is madness. Also, She took $12 from me and she said that the price is for a week. But today she said the price is for just one day. If I pay $30, she can arrange for a month without contract. Hopefully, The owner knows this situation. This is not a business.

Good gym, been coming here for almost a year. One thing I do not like is HOW LOUD they play the music on the speakers. It should be played much lower as almost all members use headphones. Unless you have good noise cancelling headphones, you’d have to play yours very loud to cancel it out, or else your music is just competing with the speakers.

They never pick up the phones, machines are not well maintained, fees and charges randomly, during covid gave no warning that they going to reopen AND EXTEND the contracts, no email or call. Honestly if I could i'd give this place a solid '0' google is far too kind for allowing even one star on this place.

The gym located in West New York charged me the membership after being closed for several months due to the pandemic. The gym did not send any communication about the opening and did not ask if they can charge once the gym was opened. Now they are saying that they can’t return the money because I did not call to cancel but I did call several times and they never answer. My husband and I were planning to comeback in few month but with all of this, I will never join this gym again. Very unprofessional and the Manager was very rude!

Made the mistake of joining a couple of months before the pandemic started. The couple of times I went half the machines were broken so if you’re gonna go make sure you have enough time to be waiting around for the machine you need (if it’s working). Staff is rude and clearly don’t care about costumers or gym’s cleanness. I also had the issue of them starting to charge me out nowhere after they re opened. No call to ask if I still was gonna come in, just stared charging and taking my money without permission. I could’ve lost my job, I could’ve been going through a hard time due to the pandemic, but clearly they see costumers as money signs. Try to cancel my contract because I’m not going back and they started making up rules saying I couldn’t cancel but I could suspend for 3 months and then they’d start charging me again. In conclusion, if you really want to go to a gym, go to a real gym. This place is not worth it.

Decent club with subpar equipment. Absolute worst upper management experience. Ive been a member for over 6 months, paying my monthly membership on time and doing my part to help keep our cities small businesses going.Upper management at the location won’t even let my wife try out the gym for 1 day! Thats right - 1 day! He said I had to pay $10... While helping him keep his job the rest of us are treated poorly as paying customers. There’s more but...
