Was made to feel welcome. But didn't get a good quick tour. Did a yoga class then an hour on treadmill and half an hour on bike. Then I spent time in hot tub and the sauna for relaxation. But seems they don't offer any classes on Sunday they are opened though.

The club itself is fine but the management is HORRIBLE!! There is always different people in the kids club and they go through staff so quick its sad. The topper for me is when i witnessed their GM being an absolute jerk to an elderly women who was asking about pickle ball prices. It was uncalled for and showed the lack of common courtesy expected from a guest service position.

I have been a member for 17 years with ups and downs. The management has struggled in the last few years, but they have made some changes with staff, added new equipment and are adding new classes. I had a recent issue and Nathan went above and beyond to resolve it. I hope to see the continued improvement at LS&S as it is a nice club for our community.

I really enjoyed working out at this facility. The outdoor lap pool is lovely (although a few degrees hot for distance swimming). Weight room is nice and big...they should update their dumbbells at some point soon.Clean and well staffed...When I return to the area I'll definitely be here again.

I have been a member here for 3 1/2 years. Only reason I remain is that it is the only choice close to home. Weekend crew is pretty good but I echo others' comments on the owner. She is not particularly pleasant to deal with. I have been embarrassed at her treatment of some staff members. I will leave there if/when there is another, close option. Also, beware. They close or modify hours for unofficial "holidays" like Mother's Day (Closed) and Father's Day ( modified hours). Go figure on that one as I do not know the difference on why you would close on one and modify on the other. Very disappointed with the club but there is literally no alternative. Much of the staff is very rude.

We've had (and have) two kids in their swim program. The groups are small, the teachers great and there is a drive to challenge and improve while, at the same time, provide support. We've taken swimming classes in many other places with a …

Do not take your kids here for swim lessons! I signed up my nine month old in the parent/tot class thinking it would be a great introduction to the water. First, all of the swim lessons are taught on the same night, so the waiting area and dressing room are completely packed with kids of all ages. They have one room to change a baby and it is always taken (surprise, surprise), so I ended up carrying my soaking wet baby out to my cold car to change him after the lessons. Now, the lessons were taught by an 18-something year old girl that talked so fast it was hard to understand her. She didn't understand that my nine-month old baby wasn't walking yet and tried to make us follow along with the other class mates who were all at least twice my babies age. We were shuffled through the pool from lesson to lesson in a frantic matter because all we had was 30 minutes until the next "wave" of children came into the pool for their lessons. I spoke to a front desk girl and requested a refund because the class was not geared towards a younger infant and they refused to give me a refund. She spoke to her boss who agreed it would be better if my baby was older than a year and could walk before taking the lessons. Still, they would not offer anything but a voucher to return later when he was older. Why would I want to return later to your "mill" style swim lessons that are overcrowded and taught by a high schooler who needs extra cash. If you want to pay $65 (that is non-refundable) and waste your time, this is the place. Since they will not refund my money, I will we going to the pool during the swim lessons with my baby and do my own thing. Oh, and plan to use your car if you want to change, it's a zoo!

I've been a member of Lacamas Swim and Sports for over 2 years. So many good instructors come and go, and the owner is rude and unhelpful. She has poor management and customer service skills and her attitude is basically "take it or leave it, we don't care". One of my main reasons for staying with them was because of the excellent blast trainer Bruce. His classes were the best in the entire group fitness and now I find out he's gone too - probably because the owner treats the trainers and staff as poorly as she treats the customers. Now I just go for Karen's yoga and pilates classes, which are awesome. But if she leaves, I'm canceling my membership. Denise the owner needs to go on a management and customer service course or she'll keep hemorrhaging customers.
