Cancelled membership a month ago through the request from their website like they said to do in voicemail. Charged me the next month and the yearly charge and when I went to tell them what happened the manager was no help and told me they couldn’t refund me.

I have been a member here since the day it opened. Today my experience was so bad I didn’t even work out I just left and went to sign up at another gym. The don’t care attitude of most of the staff here is horrible.

We have worked out in midland, Houston and Dallas. BY FAR This is the cleanest Crunch. THe staff is very welcoming and attentive to details. The cleaning crew is constantly wiping, mopping, sweeping. Well done Waco Crunch

I cancelled my account over 2 years ago and still get charged. Cant ever get a someone to answer the phone or email, and when I live in a different state its extremely frustrating to cancel and get my money back. Had to get a whole new credit card because of this gym. Wish I never went

Do not go here to workout! This place is a scam! I was given a gift certicate to crunch waco as a Christmas gift. The email specifically stated to bring the email to the staff on your first visit. When I arrived for my first visit the staff and manager stated that it was not a gift certificate and that the membership started the day it was purchased. How can a membership start previous to even receiving it? On top of that the manager stated that you can't start your membership when you want it starts when the person that is giving you the gift purchases it. I had never set foot in there and they say that my gift was used and expired 2 months ago! All while continuing to charge the person who gave me the gift for additional fees that they never agreed to. Do not workout at Crunch Fitness Waco!

I use to love this gym, but after trying some Pt and getting hurt, they are still expecting for me to keep paying for something, I can't do. I cancel with Dr's note and still charging me. Unacceptable behavior and I will be seeing management again because you can't get nobody on the phone and whoever you talk to in gym doesn't keep there word.

I did not step foot in this gym since I was hospitalized for a few months. During that time, I was often on medications and was not of a 'normal' mind. During that time, as I am a college student, I ran out of money and Crunch was not able to take any more out of my account. They do not stop there, they sent me to collections with a huge bill I cannot pay. I called, explained the situation to them kindly, but, they do not care about exceptional circumstances, or about those in their "Crunch Family" since they were unwilling to hear me out. This is disappointing, I did not expect this from them. Crunch, rest assured, you have put someone in a very difficult position, and I feel taken advantage of.UPDATE:You know its bad if you would rather deal with debt collectors than this gym. They were much more reasonable than Crunch, and reduced my payment significantly, unlike this Gym who offered to "waive it" if I bought a membership (probably their trick to get this to happen again)

This is a great gym. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. It's very clean and has plenty of equipment to choose from. The Zumba classes are really fun, Vanessa is an awesome instructor. I signed up to use a personal trainer and got Nick. I can honestly say that he is a wonderful trainer. He is more concerned that I'm healthy and not just only about losing weight. He never let's me quit and give up, pushes me to keep going. And teaches me to do the exercises correctly, so that I can come to gym and know what I am doing.
