This morning at 7:30am my fiancée and I had a great workout. The gentleman that checked us in had exceptional service and went above and beyond for my fiancée that only had cash for a bottle of water. When we got ready to leave we wanted to take advantage of the Hydro massage beds, well the young lady that came on at 8:30 am was very rude to us and not personable at all. We went back to the beds my fiancée noticed his bed was not turned on so he walked back to the front and said half a sentence when the young lady interrupted him and rudely said and pointing back to the room "your bed is on." What started as a great morning and workout ended in disappointment and a negative disposition. We will be back because we love Crunch but coaching in customer service is recommended for the young lady.

Do not start a membership! If you ever try and cancel they will lie and continually charge you. I have gone in person and I always have to email a manager because for some reason there is never one working. Then I get no reply or my money back. I have gone up multiple times with the same outcome.

For about the same price, far superior to Planet Fitness. No mask hysteria. Free weights, bench, and squat rack. Better maintained tanning beds and much more powerful. You can actually weigh yourself here. No matter what phase you are at in your fitness goal, I believe that is important. The fact that Planet Fitness doesn't have scales was enough to leave that flower garden but Crunch raises the bar in all aspects.

Avoid this gym at all costs, I had to go in person and call several times to cancel the membership. I was told to come in and cancel on my last day, but after canceling I was told that they needed 30 days advance notice and got charged for 2 extra months when they lied about their own policy. They attempted to charge me for a 3rd extra month, it took several more calls to reach a manager who begrudgingly finally stopped the charges. They continually threatened sending me to collections. Protip, they don't need your SSN to send you to collections, just a name and address is enough to destroy your credit score. Avoid this scam of a gym at all costs, horrendous management, based on the other reviews here this is a common occurance.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! I got a charge on my account for 54$ after I had believed I stopped my membership over a month ago. I called and they said that it was a typical 'annual fee'. When I asked why they had charged me they told me that my account was still active. I asked to get my membership canceled AGAIN they told me I had to come in person to the gym itself to have it ended. Again, save your money and do not get a membership here.

Never become a member here. I was told my account was cancelled over 8 months ago and that I would receive a refund for the months I didn't use (over 4 months). I have continued to receive monthly charges since then. When I found the charge again, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to come in (over 2 hours away from where I now live) to cancel. Incredibly unprofessional and all around sketchy. Avoid at all costs.

This is a very clean gym with decent equipment. There are a few too many hoist machines and limited free weights but it’s geared towards that crowd. Honestly, I used to enjoy training here for the gym family, hours of operation, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the guest policy and low prices have attracted the teenage cell phone crowd. No matter what time of day you come to the gym it is packed and equipment is impossible to get to. Individuals will stand behind you and wait. Often times directly behind you maskless. They bring their friends, also texting and not interested in training, to socialize and curl in 1 of 5 squat racks. Don’t plan on being able to flat bench as there are only 3 of them and I ensure you there will be a group of 3-5 on that 1 bench. There are a lot of regulars that are growing increasingly frustrated with this but complaints seem to go unnoticed. There is no need to have unlimited guest passes on already low membership rates, that would alleviate a lot of the excess socializing.

I am not a gym person, but at crunch I just feel at home! I love the environment, truly a no judgement zone, and you can have fun while working out! The classes are amazing, instructors are amazing, and the equipment they have is pretty great! Just found my gym for life!

Had been there going on a year, nice staff clean environment and good equipment. BUT, until the day a guy came in saying I had stole his earbuds. After the staff came asked me about it, I proceeded to show them my phone connection to show they were in fact mine. They said everything was fine, until they came back asking me to prove myself. I took that as they were just calling me a liar. I am heavily tattooed with facial piercings so I took that they were choosing the older clean cut gentlemen’s word over mine. I immediately canceled mine and my wife’s membership. But again, great gym nice staff I would definitely recommend there. I just had a bad experience, maybe it’s the way I look.
