The Staff are super friendly and helpful..I just want to put it out there..People..after you are done on a machine..clean it off!! They have numerous cleaning stations..use them!!

Not a bad gym to workout at… BUT I definitely wont be showering here since I still feel sick to my stomach after smelling the shower water vents. Definitely needs a remodel since other PF showers I have no issue with but what else to expect from Naugatuck.Also standing at the front desk and trying to seek someone to use the other amenities is ridiculous (never found anyone…) Once again, problems I don’t experience at other PF Gyms smh

I like the staff very polite and courteous also the weight machines and the equipment. But most of all the way everything is set up and very clean the best gym I recommend anyone to join.

My daughter is a member here. Was once nice but the staff doesn’t care like they previously did. We need the supervisors to take control of this gym. Please let’s make this gym amazing again. All the machines need to be addressed. Many weights are missing. Dumbbells are missing as well.The staff needs to be trained again. Also cleaning and walking rounds of staff need to happen. Also staff needs to be pleasant. Updated equipment would also be nice.
