I love this location! Very clean and nice staff. Love the tanning beds and hydro massage tables. I do agree the paper towel holders break alot. They should cone up with a different solution.

Building is only a few years old and they have had issues with heating and AC since day one. Past few winters pipes freeze in both men’s and ladies bathrooms. On humid days it’s humid inside. Men’s bathroom is moped early in the am and in the summer remains wet for hours due to lack of airflow.Equipment is okay, no free weights. When equipment is broke it’s usually down for two weeks.

I have been going to this gym for a year now and it's a good gym with clean equipment. The staff turnover has been high the past couple months but the new staff is friendly. The paper towels dispensers always fail or are empty. There is not a day I go to they gym where I don't have a problem with them. I would suggest getting new ones or just putting out rolls.

Love this location. The gym is very clean, as a staff member is always cleaning the machines/locker rooms/emptying the trash bins (weekdays & weekends alike). The staff is one of the best I've seen at any PF (especially the night crew), ALWAYS polite/professional and extremely helpful!! The contract is incredibly straightforward & easy to comprehend, with all fee's clearly stated for you...there are ZERO surprises.

I've been a member of 3 PF's and this is by far the best one. Very clean and quiet (no weight dropping. Ahem...Waterbury). My transfer was quick and easy and I was given a tour of the club.I give it 4.5 stars, only reason being is they could use a little more variety in their abs machines.

Cleanliness issues!! The staff tends to only care about walking around with a duster for the equipment. Men’s locker room are more times than not barely cleaned. Powder, dust, garbage, dirty toilets, dirty showers and sinks. Basically staff walks in and wipes the sink counters and restocks the supplies. The place is always spotless when they know their having a corporate visitor and/or an inspection. Obviously they’ve been told before hand. Perhaps corporate should do surprise visits to actually witness the real environment day in day out. Condition are definitely worse on the weekends.

Friendly staff. New clean machines and other workout tools. Building and locker rooms in great shape. They offer training sessions with trainers with a group or individually. Would be perfect if they offered classes, but you can't beat the price.

I go here pretty regularly and would say it's a great gym to get a quick workout in .. The sheer volume of people there prevents you from being able to workout longer periods of time because everyone is battling for space and weights in the facility. The locker rooms are awesome and the Wifi can definitely be shotty but I'm being told it was revamped so hopefully that will improve things. Pizza Mondays are fun too! 🍕 🍕

The new PF is great! Everything is new, it even has water massage beds and massage chairs. The only problem is the road that leads to the place, you almost need a 4x4 to get over the crater sized holes leading to a brand new facility. I guess they forgot to do the road - permanently.

I love that this gym is brand new, and the workers are pleasant however, why is the same trash found in the treadmills 3 days in a row? There is a cleaning lady seemingly here all the time -- why is it like this? I know that patrons are sometimes not the cleanest or the most considerate when it comes to maintaining, but it would be really great to see that the gym cares about how they appear their other members. It takes 5 mins to check cup holders for used tissues, wrappers, and waterbottle caps. It's disgusting, and makes me worried coming into flu season. The same treadmill has the same gross sweat stains for a week+. Hate seeing this place go down so quickly. I've been waiting for this new gym! Management, please take note! I enjoy this place otherwise.
