I don’t attend here but I got a tour and it looks nice. My main issue is their 6 week free fitness challenge. Don’t fall for it. I went in for a consultation and it’s $599 and you get your money back split up between 12 months and only if you sign up for their fitness plans which are $129 a month MINIMUM. You get the initial cost back as a credit only if you sign up for a whole year. It’s not free, it’s a schemey sales tactic. I spoke with sales manager and he was pushing it soooo hard to make that sale. I told him multiple times I can’t afford it and he made some degrading comments how I must be going to Starbucks and getting fast food everyday so I should be able to afford it, and make a weird comment how he’s going to call my manager to make me work full time so I can afford their fitness program when I’m a full time student. Kept on telling me to bring in friends and do it with them. Very odd, unprofessional and clearly just pushing overpriced plans. Not worth it so be aware!

I am delighted to have found Innovative Health & Fitness. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hayley and Zach have been a pleasure to work with and Mary Jo's senior class is just what I needed. I'm looking forward to my time there each week.

Joined Innovative about a month ago. I mostly use the equipment on the 2nd floor. It is always clean, with plenty of wipes to clean the equipment. Love the key card lockers. Lots of equipment to use. I wish there were more Silver Sneakers Classes. Treadmill TV’s don’t work unless you only like watching Jerry Springer. Was told they will be changing to Spectrum but won’t hold my breath on that. Wish employees walked around now and then for questions on how to use equipment. The locker room and shower area are very outdated and a bit gross. Especially the shower area. The staff at the front desk has almost always welcomed me when I arrived. Nice touch. If the shower area had been better, I may have given a 5 star rating. Very nice gym.

I have never left a negative review of a small business before, but I am completely fed up with the membership cancellation process at this gym. TWO separate times I have had memberships at Innovative and both times after confirming my membership was cancelled, it was not & I was sent to collections. If you want to keep a credit score, pick a different gym for a membership.

After the abrupt closure of Xperience Fitness, I was looking for a new gym. I had passed Innovative Health & Fitness many times over the years but never thought about it until my PT said that some of her patients used the pool there. I stopped in for a tour and the promise of a free week of gym usage. After seeing the pools I signed up for membership the next day. I have taken three different aqua classes, sorry not a Zumba kind of guy, and can’t believe how great the they are. For me the low impact classes are perfect. The instructors are great and the high energy classes are a great workout. The facility is really nice and clean. Just take a tour and you’ll soon be a member like me.

My son is getting private swim lessons from Josh. Josh is amazing! He’s helping my 11 year old son prep for his Boy Scout swim test for summer camp. Every time we go for lessons the front desk associates are so friendly.
