They've done an excellent job on my hip pain, which a Doctor casually declared was arthritis because of my age. The entire staff seems to be involved in my treatment, even though I am officially assigned to one therapist. Couldn't be happier with their care.

When I first went for therapy I was having a lot of pain and problems with my knees and hips. They help me work thru the pain in order to improve my problems. I would recommend this place to anyone. My husband has also gone here for therapy and it helped him tremendously.

I have really enjoyed the variety of classes especially for older members. The instructors are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. The staff members I have interacted with I’ve been very helpful. I’m very impressed with the amount and variety of equipment. They seem to be a complete package at this facility.

Our daughter attends private swimming lessons and has successfully learned to swim independently and developed many new skills. So thankful for a great instructor, heated pool, and easy/flexible scheduling.

Great gym. I didn't rate a 5 only because they are slow to fix some machines. I do think it might be silly issues too but still, unfixed for a very long time. I have no interest going anywhere else!

Recently moved back into the area.Looking for a gym and found Innovative. Great choice! Clean, updated facility. Great variety of equipment. Very clean locker room area. Same goes for the pool and hot tub deck. The trainers are top-notch who perform a good baseline of your physical condition, then build a personal program with your input to get you started in the right direction. The hours of operation can fit most people’s schedule. I’d highly recommend Innovative!
