Is a joke. Rows and rows of cardio with minimum weight machines. I also understand you let anybody join with the membership. But you have to do something about the kids camping out of the machines while playing on their phones.

Not an active gym.My gym sold my membership to them and they charged me $30.55 for a gym that they advertise at $10.00/month

Renovations? Bathrooms are filthy, plugged toilets, no toilet paper, broken machines and put together wrong. Try again, this location is very disappointing.

My membership from another gym transferred over to planet fitness without my knowledge. I was then charged for the membership that I didn’t know I had. When trying to get in contact with management, they were never there and never called me back. I even tried stopping in and they “couldn’t help me because a manager wasn’t there”. Customer service is terrible and even if I was going there, I wouldn’t want to because of it.

Audio on tv always has static especially if you try to change the channels. This is on all equipment, elliptical, treadmills, bicycles. I would have thought they would have fixed this during their remodeling effort.

Since they renovated this location there is no space for you to do your own circuit workouts. Everyone is on top of one another! Terrible design plan, old layout was 100× better.

We all know the reputation that planet fitness has and this one is no different. If they had less cardio equipment and more lifting equipment I’d be happy. Free weights would be a massive plus too but for the price it’s kind of hard to expect too much. The fragile lifting environment is my biggest issue.

This gym and their cancellation policy is ridiculous. I was a member at Xperience fitness and when they closed, they gave no notification of the closure or the fact that membership was being transferred to planet fitness. Even when I called Xperience that same day to confirm closure, they didn’t inform me of that (which is on them). 3 weeks later I was charged a membership fee planet fitness. When I called, they informed me all Xperience memberships were transferred to them. I was never informed via email, call, or otherwise of this. It took a week to get in touch with a manager only to be informed that they couldn’t refund my membership fee because I was sent an email from Xperience (which I was not) and because Xperience posted a sign on their door that they were transferring memberships over.1. I cancelled my Xperience membership the night I found out they were closing2. Why would I go to a gym that was closed to read a sign on the door?!All I want is a refund of the money they stole from me by not informing me of my membership with them, but they are making it impossible.Find a better gym with more approachable, helpful staff that doesn’t steal your money behind your back.

Planet Fitness is trash. Automatically switched from Xperience to Planet Fitness when they suddenly closed. Lack of free weights and gym atmosphere made me look elsewhere. After being told due to the merger july would not be charged, got charged xperience prices 35.99 when not even Planet Fitness charges that. Cancelled and attempted to get a refund two days after it hit my card only to be told by the rude manager, it would not be refunded.Beware of this trash place
