Had to use this gym twice over the weekend. Was extremely disappointed and grossed out. This gym has dirt, grime and candy wrappers everywhere. It was pretty clear to me that there is little cleaning going on other than people wiping off their machines when finished. Two toilets had broken chains so you would need to lift the cover to flush. Aside from the bathroom just having an all around dirty feel. Both times there were no staff at the front desk when I walked in - had to stand around and wait for someone to appear. The stretching area layout is awful and awkward. The TV's on the machines is a nice touch especially for people that don't wear their glasses while working out. However my second day at this gym the first 3 treadmills I tried the TV"s didn't work. Sunday I cut my workout short because I was just over being here all together.

I had not been to a gym in a while and decided to head to Planet Fitness. Found there always to be a welcoming and helpful staff. The other thing that is noticeable is how clean everything is. I have not seen a gym with the machines as clean as these. The staff is constantly keeping up with it. Enjoying the journey back to fitness

Excellent gym. Great staff. Very clean. I always see the employees cleaning. Only thing that sucks is no squat racks, bench presses, or free weights. Which is why i switched to xperience. But so far i gotta say i like pf more. Less crowded and cleaner.

Tried to sign up but couldn't, they wanted a credit card I don't use them anymore. I offered to pay for a whole year in advance, they told me no they only do that one time at the beginning of the year. I can go month to month all I would need to do is give them my checking account information. If I am willing to pay them the joining fee and a year in advance why would they need that. I just want to work out with out all my info out there.

Service was okay. Never got T-shirt for signing up, charged me for things they never told me about so I ended up paying my $20 a month with an additional $40 that i didn't have. Gave me a hassle when I tried to cancel membership. . still haven't been able to cancel it.. All employees keep telling me different stories on how I cant cancel. Would never reccomend this gym nor would I ever go back.

Great location! Up to date tanning equipment... Sunrise and Affinity 700 beds... Well equipped, friendly, clean, private showers, nice counter space in bathrooms, digital scale, great parking... Nice job on Franklin location!!! Worth the money locals!

Very frustrated with the organization at this gym. Cancelled my membership in August and was then charged an additional month. Was told my last day being able to use the gym was September 17th. When I called about being charged an extra month was asked if i saved the slip from my cancellation, due to what sounds like the gym losing my initial cancellation slip. To get refunded I have to wait for a check to be mailed. I find it interesting that they can easily charge my account directly but not refund me that way.

Stopped in for a quick workout and shower on our cross country road trip. Glad we did! Very clean, plenty of machines & free weights and the showers are awesome! Ceiling mounted rain heads and wall mounted body sprayers?! Nice touch you guys! The residents of Franklin are lucky to have such a great place to work out! :-)

This is judgement free, very very clean, the entire staff including managers can be seen doing all the upkeep and maintenance. The are super friendly, always positive atmosphere. I have been to many gyms and none come close to this one, not even other planets. For the price you can't beat it. $19.99 access to the entire gym, state of the art tanning machines, hydro massage, 12 minute ab station stretching areas enough machines you are never waiting around even during peak hours. The locker rooms are always clean and never smell! If you could give more then 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I would!

Absolutely Love this place!!!!!The atmosphere is very diverse! The people who workout here are very nice and down to business. No one is ever standing around watching you workout or talking about you. The "judgement free zone" is definitely true. I never had to wait for a machine and people were really good about keeping them clean. It is huge in there and a lot of parking! The best time to go would be before 5 am in the morning, between 11am-2pm and then 10pm until 5am. I have been to many other fitness centers and this one is my favorite!!!
