The club is always kept clean and they do enforce the lunk rules. It is nice to go in and work out with average people and not have body builders hogging equipment or all the weights because the "need" it for 45 minutes to do 4 or 5 extreme lifts. They also have great massage chairs for after your workout.

Where to begin.. I love the PF staff here! They are always extremely friendly and welcoming. My favorite part of PF though would be the fitness classes with the Trainers! They really put me through a great workout. Lastly, you really can't beat the rates! I'd never pay more than 20 bucks for a gym ever again. Definitely recommend this location.

I went here last month at 11 pm when I had my black card and I loved this location. I don't like planet fitness' other gyms because the machines are terrible but this one actually had good machines and I feel like I can workout here.

Very upset I cancelled my membership in 2015. I have a friend who has a membership and was asked if I could come with as a guest to help train her. I went about 10 or 12 times with no issues. It turns out that the people that checked us in were too lazy to follow protocol in making me a guest account and just let me in. Then today I was told I owe 180 in fees!!!! They said that it was never cancelled. Then I spoke with the manager Lisa who basicly called me a liar and said she could save it to 70. When I tried to explain that if they were to lazy to follow protocol with the guest account that it is possible that they didn't file my cancellation correct me she just kept telling me she didn't want to argue and I can pay the 70 or the 180 or let it impact my credit. When I asked why I was never notified of this she said it is not their responsibility to check on the member's that go there. So now I'm not allowed to help train my friend unless I pay. I've never been so frustrated with a company or even a so called manager in my life. Just completely unacceptable and rude. I will be telling everyone I know about this. I have people ready to cancel as soon as they get off of work. We are not as valued as they say we are. We are nothing but money to them.

Affordable and simple. I'm no bodybuilder or competitive anything. I like to run a few miles and use weights and machines 3 days a week. I go before my first shift job so there aren't many people there. It's very ideal for my requirements.

I go to the Planet Fitness on East Capitol Drive in Milwaukee or Shorewood, not FRANKLIN. It's my preferred location. The staff is courteous and keep the facility clean. The training management and scheduling could be improved to engage the customers. I like that everything is on the PF App.

Planet Fitness is very comfortable for working out. Workers are friendly and eventually welcome you by name. This in turn makes you want to come back again. The facility is keep clean.

My wife had been coming here for years. Unfortunately today her 300$ sunglasses were stolen by the key rack. Called the manager and he stated there were no cameras in that area where people put their keys at. This place is not a safe place for your belongings. My suggestion is you find a gym that has all around cameras there. Either the employees or the members there stold her glasses. As I understand this also happened to someone else a few months ago. They really need to upgrade their camera system. Imagine you were working out and got hurt because one of the machines broke and you got injured. How would they know it's not your fault and the machine had a problem. Think twice before signing up with this company.

Planet Fitness asked me to leave a review. Then they lead me to the wrong location to review!I go to the Capitol Dr location. It's very nice inside and the staff are nice, but could be a few more blocks north. The neighborhood is not very nice and the cops come there fairly often! Better than driving all the way downtown though.

Awesome & gym, love going to get my workout done daily! It's very spacious and the staff is great. It's been a great experience to be a PF member for the past year; not to mention they offer really good pricing.
