I always enjoy getting me a nice good workout before I have to go start my day cuz I am a OTR road truck driver and we appreciate every planet fitness that we can actually park into because there are a few that the parking lot owners don't like us in. Even though I drive 20 minutes to get here, it’s totally worth it. All the other planet fitnesses around me are either not clean, unfriendly, or unsafe. This gym is big, clean, and staff is nice. I 100% recommend

I already like the atmosphere always have always liked the employees over the coarse of the 10 years I've been there on and off. I just signed up again and the the staff has always been cool this staff is really good too! There really friendly attentitive etc. These guys and gals need a raise pay em good we want them to stay around! Lol thank you.

I cancelled my membership after going there for almost five years. The club has gone down hill and several lockers have been broken into. When I was hit with yet another annual maintence fee I went in to end my membership ( you must do it in person). Five days later I was charged for another month. They said they had a right to charge it because it was within seven days of cancelation. Also, no refund of the maintenence fee. There are better choices for gyms in the area that are safer and not just out for your money.

Planet fitness Franklin is always clean! The people that work and the patrons that work out there are all friendly, but not pushy or all over you. I can get to and use most equipment fast and easy. Most everyone sanitizes like fiends and I’m never worried about disinfecting things!! Great place great people… check it out!!!

If you move be sure to cancel your membership. Iv been charged for the last year I have not used it once. I called to cancel but guess what they won't let you cancel over the phone, which is ridiculous.

Machines were available most of the time, which is nice. It wasn’t pack except around 4, which is ok. The staff was nice and helpful. The facility was clean. The people there minded their own business and no major drama with masking when it was required. No complains from me otherwise.

Easy check in, friendly, helfpul staff, clean gym, and have no problems finding equipment to work on. I also love the variety so I don't get bored. I also love being a black card member where I can motivate myself by rewarding myself with the massage chairs. I want to try the Total body enhancement for active recovery to see if it helps me as someone who's really out of shape.

They have two of nearly every type of machine, and at least one is always operational. Depending on what time you go, it can sometimes be difficult to get someone to set you up for massage chairs or water massage beds even when you call the number displayed on the desk for help. (Mostly in the very early AM HOURS)Staff regularly cleans and is always polite. Repairs for equipment (exercise equipment, replacement of water filters for drinking fountain, or weighing scale in mens restroom) seems to be a little on the slow end. It took over a month for the scale in the mens bathroom to be replaced as well as the water filter in the lobby.Despite these very MINOR inconveniences, I enjoy going to this gym more than some of the other PF gyms I have visited in the past. Very pleased over all.
