Staff is great. Friendly and attentive. It's tough to please everyone but they make every effort to. They do the best they can to keep up with damaged/broken machines. New Black Card area is awesome and the new locker room is a HUGE improvement over the old one. Could use at least one more clock and possibly something on the back wall since all the machines face that way. But all in all i truly enjoy going here.

The Franklin, WI Planet Fitness is a great location. The staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facility is clean and the machines are in great shape. I highly recommend it.

It's hit or miss on who is at desk....some of the guys are to busy being Mr social and won't help. A few will though.They price gouge when joining and again when you quit.This Franklin location on 27th st is one of the worst I've ever gone to

The gym equipment excellent. The remodel is nice also. When the air conditioning is actually working half of the gym is freezing and the other is very hot. For being new bathrooms they are already showing signs of neglect on top of the continuous lack of paper towels and toilet tissue. It is obvious that this location is not properly managed or staffed.

This location just recently renovated their space, completed at the end of May 2023. Definitely check it out.

I went to their gym then started gym surfing recently and the opened a membership So I got their promotional Amazon halo veiw but it was not what the deal was.
