I’ve been to many planet fitnesses and unfortunately I found this location to be very disappointing. It felt dark and dingy. The facility is very small and cramped, the machines are staggered side by side in a claustrophobic fashion. The mats are located in what feels like a broom closet for space. Disappointing since Brookfield is considered to be such a nice area, I was expecting the gym to be much nicer.Will definitely be driving the extra minutes to visit a different location- or getting a new gym membership all together.

I came back to Planet Fitness after going to a different gym. Never should have left PF! The people are nice. Machines work and always something available. Lots of stations to clean up and there is always a hello or goodbye.

I love this place but one member of staff decided to take her job way to serious today. If I’m a guest of a black card member and they decide to invite me or any guest to have a message after a workout, why would you tell them no, like are you crazy, or is customer service not a thing here. We had to split time on one messenger because of her.

Find this gym very clean. Not overly crowded when I go. I notice most people wiping down equipment after use. Overall everything is good. For those that do find it an issue - I would say about half are not wearing masks and notice it is not being enforced. I do try and find less crowded places in the gym.

Very relaxed, calm and you can get your own exercise in. If you want a trainer you can request that too, the bulbs in the sunbeds don't work the best but you can still tan and you can also bring a guest anytime you want.

I found information on the gym online and really liked what was offered. So decided to sign up. I went in on Jan 2nd and told a young man with blonde hair up in bun I wanted to join. He asked for what membership then told me to write my name down and someone will take me around. The other man there helped with my sign up but rushed me thru everything and while trying to listen to him the blonde guy interrupted and asked about tanning. Like I said I was rushed thru and was given my card then was "You're all set". He turned around, walked away and started talking to a co worker. I was never given a tour, told about how to sign up for things, or anything. Thankfully I came the next day for a workout and the man at the counter was very nice and told me that the one with the "man bun" was actually a manager!

Overall this is a decent gym. Some of the staff isn't very helpful. I signed up on line and was never given a tour of the place. When I asked what was where, the bald guy pointed and said this is the cardio section over there is the weights.

All cardio and resistance training equipment are in top condition and well-maintained. No frayed cables, torn upholstery, squeaky pulleys, or dragging guide rods at this club. Even the heart rate monitors on the cardio machines all work. (These are the first features to fail on neglected equipment.) The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful. Another remarkable feature of this club is that the drinking fountains and the showers REMAIN OPEN! Clearly, PF management understands that members get dehydrated and need to drink water during workouts. Management also understands that many members want to bathe after intense workouts. This means we can go directly to work, school, shopping, etc., without need of an intermediate stop at home. Clubs that have placed their amenities off-limits do not understand fitness training or the needs of their members and must be living on another planet.

This isn't the closest PF location for me, but it's worth a couple extra miles. It was very clean even pre COVID, so I felt comfortable returning when they opened back up. Not always a ton of staff available, but I've also never needed to have an issue addressed because it is a smooth running location.

There is a staff member at this location that is very confrontational with me everytime I arrive. The staff's training is not consistent. I have been harassed by the same staff person at this location multiple times. I am sick of it. I have talked to the club manager Jacob in the past but nothing has changed. I expect better. I have asked who is the owner and staff has no answers. Again it's just one staff member and not all. That is why it should be a relatively simple thing to correct this abhorrent behavior.
