Cool clean place to workout, there is a $50 fee they charge you for maintenance around the 2nd month, and they don't mention it, but other than that awesome place!

Been coming here since they opened, and all I can say is they really dropped their Gold’s standard. (LOL). Should be renamed Bronze Gym because it’s becoming third rate.

I was a member for a month and had to end my membership, my membership was canceled without any issues/reoccuring charges. All of the staff was super nice and the equipment was great.

BAD! BAD! BAD! they closed during COVID, and kept charging my whole family for monthly payments, 4 persons monthly payments, and charged for about half year and refused to refund. Not only no refunds, but also requires a lot of steps to terminate the membership. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!!!!!!!

This place is a joke. I canceled my wife and mines membership. They never closed out my wife’s and never contacted me. It went to collections and dinged my wife’s credit. When I asked why they only canceled mine. They couldn’t give a reason and said it could be fixed by renewing out memberships. I will never go to golds again and I highly recommend going to a private gym or 24. I am not the only person this has happened too

This gym is awful if you have any kind of physical disability. Their staff is so inattentive it’s ridiculous. My partner had a hip replacement in early December and we go here to help get him back on his feet. They LOCK the disabled exit so that he can’t get through unless the staff behind the front desk see him and press a button to unlock it. A few weeks ago he was at the gate and the woman behind the desk saw him and IGNORED him to talk to another member who was coming in. He stood there for a few minutes waiting and nothing. Then he gets the attention of the salespeople at their desks and they say “oh the people behind the desk will help you” instead of getting up and pushing the button for him. The person behind the desk left to go in one of their offices and there was no one there. After we both told him there’s no one there only then did he get up to let him out the gate. It happened again today!!! This time as he’s coming in they ignored him at the gate and didn’t press the button to unlock it. He watched three people come in and still no one acknowledged him at all. He ended up having to wave his arms in the air just to get anyone’s attention so he could get in. This is getting old and we’re at the point where we’re about to switch gyms. We’re also contemplating filing an ADA complaint. Don’t waste your money here if you have any type of physical handicap.

Absolutely terrible compared to other Gold's Gym in the SoCal area.1. Staff are unattentive of surroundings2. Gym is extremely crowded at all hours because of the size.3. Very small amount of benches, squat racks, barbells, and free weights, etc and way too many cardio machine. At any given time, there are dozens of open cardio machines, but every single free weight/lifting machine is occupied at all times4. Is not open as late as they used tto be, so you can't even avoid crowds properly5. The popular times/business on Google is also extremely misleading. A little busy means extremely crowded at weights section. Very busy means you should just leave.TLDR: If you want to lift weights, this is the last Gold's Gym you should go to. An hour work out will take 2 hours because of the insane crowds and lack of equipment

What a joke. A giant weightlifting gym that has just THREE weightlifting racks. For Pete sake. It’s overcrowded and filled with nonsense machines. No trap bar. No safety dip bar. Missing handles for the cable machines. There was a guy wet mopping during the busiest time of the day making people almost trip near dangerous equipment. Sad that Jose made me pay for a day pass when he really could’ve just given me a guest pass. Won’t be back.
