John was great in helping me achieve my goals for fitness. He is always helpful and has an amazing attitude in all that he does for the gym events. Great sales lead! I am excited for what He will accomplish in the future.

The fact that its so expensive and NOT 24 hours open is ridiculous. The salespeople are absolute liars. They told us to freeze the account for 6 months was free, but in actuality it's 10 a month. I had to jump through hoops to cancel and even during the phone call they still made desperate attempts to keep me. There was a female employee who couldn't take no for an answer when she tried to sign me up for a personal Trainor. SHE CAME UP TO ME RANDOMLY TOO. I understand they do this for business, but lying and harassing your customers?? I would've stayed if not for these issues.

I have 4 membership when I do the membership with them they told me two of them will be $10 every month and they don’t tell me about annual membership fee. They are a liar even they do all the membership wrong. They have a lot of problem and even Upton now they don’t fix his problem, the crews there is very bad they should be fire. I don’t like there is no customer service at all and they promise Musée fixes a problem and they never fix it. They are so bad so my advice for everyone want to do membership be careful with them because they are crock .

The gym Staff, 2 male gave me a hard time because I asked them to replenish the paper towels out on the Gym floor. I just wanted to clean the equipment before I use it. They said, "it's the weekend and they are under staff. Neither of them wore name tag, when asked to speak to a manager. One of them claimed to be the manager, and I asked for some ID. He pulled a name tag out of his pocket. About 10mins later a female walked by me with a roll of paper towels came by where I was working out opening the paper towels dispenser and attempted to put paper towels in and walked away with the roll of paper towels and put it some where else. When I left the Gym, there were at 5 staff members at the front desk counter. Why is so hard to get some paper towels to the gym equipment. Are they trying sell the little towel to clean up the equipment? Sorry the inconvenience Bro! I guess there are no discipline and no big deal if you don't to do your job at Gold's gym. Maybe this gym should get inspected for quality assurance on the weekends.

This place is clean and all of the equipment work! It is a bit of a busy gym depending on the day and time, but the best times to go would be from 5am-12pm and 6pm to their closing time (:On top of that if you’re looking for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Kimberly, I think her last name starts with an M. But she is amazing and I’ve made sooooo much progress with her!Would highly recommend coming to this location (:

Worth the membership just for the Group Fitness. Try this if you think you don't like to exercise--you will make friends, get fit, and have FUN! Great instructors!

Staff does absolutely nothing about people who spend too much time on machines, there should be a 15min max time on a machine when someone is waiting for it. Not everyone has all day to spend waiting for one machine while the person or people using it are just standing there talking or making instagram videos. Ive brought this up to staff but they are useless and give the run around.

These people will make it hard for you to cancel, neglect your cancelation, and they will try to keep charging you every month even if you cancel your debit card. And I supposedly had a no contact agreement and i let them know in advance. Might sue golds gym for breaching the agreement

DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEIR FREE PASSES! I came to go with my sister for one day and they let me know I had to pay $20 for 1 DAY or $1 a day with signing up for a membership which you wouldn't need if you're just visiting the gym temporarily. Dont trust signing up online for the freepass. Just saying. My sister went to this gym and they will make it difficult for you to cancel. Be aware guys, if you want to check out the Gold's Gym in Montclair...I would recommend a different one or a completely new gym to commit to like Chuze or 24 hours.Thankyou!

I have been a Gold’s member for about 2 years now. My home gym was West Covina but I moved to Chino and this is my closest location.Today the two gentlemen working the counter were so lazy and useless. I asked them kindly for pins to hold in the weights because a machine was missing one. They proceeded to tell me that I had to find a janitor or a manager. It felt very dismissed and shoved aside. So I told the gentleman that it was fine, I would use another machine. He then walks up to me later at a different machine and said he would send someone over on how to use the machine. Are you kidding me? I didn’t ask for that!? I appreciate the fact that they thought I needed help but they obviously did not listen to my question.Guess I gotta bring my own pins now.
