The selection of equipment at the West Jordan location is nice to have. The cleanliness of this location seems to fall behind a few of the other locations that I have visited before. Great and friendly staff, just wish cleaning seemed to be a higher priority. Wipe dispensers sit empty for long stretches, and there could be a few more added throughout the facility instead of just paper towel dispensers. There is multiple holes and bubbles in the gym flooring leading to potentially dangerous conditions as well. Overall the west Jordan location is an alright facility.

So far, my husband and I have had a great experience at Vasa. We love the environment, staff, and cardiovascular cinema. We looked around at some other gyms before we decided on Vasa and found that it has the amenities of 24 hour (pool, sauna, steam room, classes) at the price of Planet Fitness ($20/Month). And you don't have to sign a contract!

It's inexpensive and has most of the weights/machines I need. It's also the busiest gym I've ever been to. It's SLAMMED from about 4:00pm to 10:00pm every day. But, for 10$/month (plus the fees they tack on) it's not bad value.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced has been at VASA fitness. Always write down who you spoke with, the exact time, and the date because no one ever seems to tell you correct information or they straight up lie. The ladies bathrooms are so dirty and when you tell the front counter staff they literally do nothing. I'm paying $20 extra to work out at 24HR fitness and it's worth the extra cash to not have to deal with the staff at VASA. I would not recommend this gym to a friend and I would never come back.

Good facility, nice staff. Men's locker room not always clean, sometimes slow to make repairs, such as the swim suit dryer. Need more alternative pay models for gym membership. Just to use the pool, I have to pay for a lot of facilities that I never use.

Terrible customer service!!! Really terrible! I signed up and the personal fitness manager set me up to meet with him the next day for their free consultation thing. Well, the next day, nowhere to be seen. So, I had to work with this guy for the computer part and he tried to make me feel bad for not wanting a personal trainer. He acted like I'd never worked out before. I rescheduled to have the gym tour the next day with the same manager. When I got there I waited 10 minutes, AGAIN, and no one helped me. I literally made eye contact with the guy I was supposed to be working with multiple times! He saw me and knew who I was. I have bright blond hair for Christ's sake! Totally and completely ignored. I am very disappointed. It's a nice gym, but they hire absolute jerks. I will probably be going back to my old gym because I am definitely not impressed with how I've been treated so far or the state of the gym itself. You need to fire and re-hire new people.

I have had a great experience at the West Jordan VASA. My current trainer pushes me and we are getting results. If I have any questions about my account, they take the time to try and figure it out. Sometimes the machines break down, but if you tell the front desk they try and get it fixed quickly. The gym is cleaner now, except for the bathrooms. Overall, this gym is great and I've made a great support network of friends that are all here to get fit and stay healthy.
