It's clean and well sorted gym, good employees and really good members. Also equipment is decently placed and in decent up keep. Finally the nutrition shop next store makes it a nice little combo. Best Vasa in the valley in my opinion.

I should start by saying that I didn't have any real problems with the facility while I was going there. It was when I tried to cancel my membership that the problems arose. Due to Covid I stopped using the gym and my weekly personal training sessions in March 2020. When the gym reopened in June I didn't think it was safe to open the gym so I cancelled my membership. I was given the confirmation that my membership was cancelled. I should note that I was on a month to month status. In July 2020 I noticed a charge from Paramount Acceptance. I contacted them and was told that although I had cancelled my membership to the club I had not cancelled the PT. Wait, what?! You can't have PT if you don't have a membership! When I cancelled there was no indication that I had to do anything else. I was not informed that I have to cancel everything separately! Now I just noticed that they have again charged my account for August! I am extremely upset by this because I thought I was done with them. I haven't used the facility since March 2020 and here it is August 2020 and they are still taking money out of my account. It seems to be easier to sign up than it is to cancel!

I honestly didn’t expect much, but my aunt and grandma asked my fiancé and me to join them at their training for a free session. We loved it! We joined immediately. The TEAM Trainings are amazing and Will is a great trainer. We also have done yoga with a great trainer who is a dancer, but I didn’t catch her name. This place is a clean, judgment free, fun atmosphere. They keep you motivated, but aren’t overly pushy.

Where do I begin? Should I begin with the fees...better yet should I begin with the hostile trainers...should I begin with the mockery they began doing of my wife? I’m just truly upset with the “help” that I had received. It’s unfortunate that I have to possibly begin looking for a new gym. I understand you win some you lose some, but where are your core principals as a gym? As a company? Clearly no one wanted to help my parents sign up my siblings for their membership. They didn’t want to explain what fees are associated with opening a membership. The reps were beyond disrespectful and starting getting aggressive when I kept asking questions. It came to the point where the Rep said, “Do you want to open a membership or not? If you don’t there’s nothing else I can help you with and you can leave.” So we did. Let’s not get started when one of your employees falsified a date of birth to get another membership.Customer service: NoneDisrespectful employees: 2

Love the gym!!! The only suggestion I have is when a piece of equipment goes down or breaks the gym needs to fix it or replace sooner. I’ve experienced equipment that has been placed out of service for several weeks and sometimes months. For some reason it’s the equipment I use all the time. I understand that a lot of the equipment is being used everyday multiple times a day. There are certain stations that are widely used by everyone and get the most hours being used. Take note as to which stations are being utilized most and have spare parts readily available. Other than that , I’m a devoted member!!

TERRIBLE customer service. My wife and I are moving and so we went to cancel our memberships, and were told we would be charged $200 to cancel. Keep in mind this is a gym that likes to spout how great their month to month membership is. But, if you go to cancel, even during a pandemic they will charge you a "cancellation notice fee" equal to your normal monthly service plus a cancellation charge. This topped with the fact that our trainer was frequently abused and underpaid by this institution shows how terrible of a business this is. Find a more ethical gym that will pay their trainers and not gouge their customers, even in times of crisis.

I really enjoy working out at VASA. The TEAM training classes are in a dedicated space and not out on the gym floor which is nice. I enjoy the instant feedback from the MyZone devices that are displayed on the TV screens at the gym. The staff have been very friendly and encourage me to keep pushing myself.

I returned to this gym as a out of state visitor, but I used to live in the area and be a member. I was disgusted to say the least with the cleanliness of the equipment, the water fountains, and the locker rooms. I didn’t want to touch …
