These guys have a few hidden gems and lots of bench press stations. However the cleanliness leaves a long list of complaints from general low effort to consistently soapy and filmy floors; like dirt is better than soap slime. Plus the janitors don’t finish cleaning until well after opening and they leave cleaning equipment strewn about, trash cans in the isles, poor chord management. hoses knotted and tossed, etc.

VASA IS A SCAM. Tons of hidden fees/random charges. If you want to cancel its $100 but then the link to cancel is broken. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I’ve been to other VASA locations throughout the Salt Lake valley and I feel like the West Jordan location is the cleanest and most comfortable.

The gym is okay. I have been a member off and on for years and the issues always seem to be the same. The machines that break are typically not repaired for months, and the cleanliness is lacking. I saw the same boogers on several machines and the wall for over a week. But overall it's a gym, an overcrowded one but a gym just the same. I switched to EOS they seem to be more on top of their game for now.

99% of the time, the swimsuit drying machine "Suitemate" is broken. They say, "I'm on it, boss," and then 2 weeks goes by.. still broken every day. Then it works for a week and.. broken again. I understand that's not the gyms equipment. However, it's their responsibility to source reliable equipment and make sure the equipment that they do have runs properly. Poor management, IMO3/19/23- Update! Several weeks after the top sectionIt's now been over a MONTH that you have let the swimsuit machine sit useless in the locker room. I have mentioned this to employees every single day. "We called someone," they say. I'm going to update this review each week with the date shown to prove how long it takes to fix. I don't feel bad about the 1 star review as I have told staff a good 25 times to fix it.

It’s like any other gym. Equipment is old, but no real hard wait time to use. Hardly see anyone cleaning and or maintaining anything here. Looks like they prioritized building/maintaining offices, break rooms, the lobby, and the shopping center as opposed to the bathrooms and locker rooms which are disgusting.

This place has gone down. Everything is broken and none of the staff knows how to clean, maybe? The other gyms know how to maintain a gym. If I were from corporate, I'd fire the entire management team.

These guys make it absolutely impossible to cancel your membership, I recently lost my job and had to starve myself because these guys wanted $76 for a rate guarantee fee, what the hell even is that? The. When I tried to cancel it said $25. I clicked the link and then said $35 cancellation fee. Vasa is truly a scam. Go to a private gym, save your time. They also threaten to uproot your life through lawsuits if you don't pay.

I really love the classes here. Muscle works, power flex, total body conditioning, etc.. all the teachers are awesome and really know what they are doing. Love it!

I just received the best customer service I'm looking for a new gym this gym was phenomenal Marissa helped me She taught me everything I needed to know and was so kind she gave me her full attention she really listened to me really cared about my needs I'm so grateful that she was the one that helped me.#neverstopdreaming
