Very disappointed with their daycare service. They just let kids hit each other and let them cry until the kids hit themselves. It is not the first time. It happened to my kids many times. I do not trust these people. Can not do their job.

Beware of the bell boys selling you "professional training" and getting you to lock into it as well and owe them money. If you do anything here, I would suggest the minimum monthly plan is the only thing that's worth it here. A lot of the people at these gyms are on Roids, so don't feel like you're not getting anywhere. I can do hundreds of thousands of push ups ans squats and miles just from self care and working out on my own. These people make a regime and tell you what they apparently "know" what you're capable of. Nah, you're capable of what you set your mind to and just because other people are stuck doesn't mean you have to be. Leaps and bounds. Screw there prices. Use what you can and get out. Environment training is better than a "personal trainer" trying to tell you what you can and cannot do. Start small, stay consistent, you'll find results in a journey. Those guys will just make you self conscious to the point you're taking Roids. Good luck.

I come to this gym often (practically daily). It is well kept, has great machines, and I love it. The employees are all kind and friendly. However, the kidcare is not as good as Sandy’s. I ended up actually changing Sandy VASA to my home gym because their kidcare was so much better. This is despite the West Jordan gym being significantly closer to my home. Every time I’ve brought my daughter to kidcare, kids are crying and it is understaffed. Once I dropped her off and only one employee was there. At Sandy, my daughter leaves with a craft every time. Here, they didn’t do any crafts. At Sandy, they do the cute parachute game and stretching together. Here, I’ve only seen kids running around and crying. My daughter did not like her experience at West Jordan and she enjoys Sandy. She calls it “favorite gym.” This isn’t the best place for parents needing childcare.

Just drove 20 min to the gym just to see the punching bag is down, wish this place would get a clue and keep extra parts to repair the punching bag when it breaks. Get extra parts!!!! The bag is gonna break eventually be prepared!!!

I love the studio red class it pushes you and the coaches Elisha and Bryan are so fun and supportive. If there’s a workout you can’t do the coaches will give you a replacement.

Pros: recently updated, easy location, fairly good hoursCons: seems like 1/3 of the cardio machines are always in need of repair, when they updated the gym they removed several machines to put in more areas for squatting/lifting which was already plentiful enough, took out the cardio cinema.Worst con of all is that when you cancel your membership, even if you've had it more than a year, they charge you for the next month's fee/payment still. So if you're moving to a place they don't operate and need to cancel, better cancel over a month in advance.....

It doesn't matter what time we go, there are SO many machines broken down. It's ridiculous!!I just barely purchased a membership for my youngest daughter, and wishing I would have gotten one elsewhere.
