Came to workout and in my first day going took my kids to the daycare and left there with my 1 yr old screaming in agony pain bcuz the staff failed to watch the kids and just left her in the play area bleeding and crying and failed to call us about the accident! We won’t be taking our girls back ever again! My 1 yr old has a huge puncture in her cheek and then the daycare employees lied to us about what really went on!

Staff is knowledgeable. Plenty of machines and equipment- anything you could want. Steam/sauna is a great plus. Locker rooms could use an upgrade.

Can you please move the freeweights of various sizes that are multicolored back to an accessible area? They are randomly available and then they're not. The construction is mostly over and they still aren't there and now you have the random grey freeweights that most people don't like to use sparse and scattered in random areas around the gym. I use the freeweights the most when I come, can you please just have those available like they use to be in the bins by the mats on the north side by the machines?

Just went back to vasa after a long pause. The gym has some work being done on it and isn’t put back together yet. It also has some empty sanitizing places which really should be being kept up especially with covid etc. There were also some broken bits around…so not perfect. Would give some of those things 3 or 4 stars for not being up kept…but giving 5 stars because of the gold customer service given on my first visit despite some of the less amazing parts of the gym. An employee Boyd showed me the different parts of the gym and was really careful to explain all the benefits of the different memberships and what might be best for me. He was really good at not assuming I knew everything, but was in no way condescending about the info I was being given which I appreciated since I am just starting to work on fitness. Asked me lots of questions and listened.

If you don’t show up couple month they charge you me and my wife out of town for couple month they kept charge us and we owe them almost 300 so they reports it to the credit! 🙈🙈 and plus is too expensive I love vasa and working out there for like 6 years ! Hope they change the fact that they kept charge people and mess up their credit! And hope to get back to them soon ! Make sure to read the contract before you signing in ! Thanks

Do not take your kids to the KidCare here if you want them to be safe. A couple of months ago my two year old was pushed by some much older kids and had to go to the hospital for his mouth injury. The manager was rude and not forthcoming about the incident. It took multiple phone calls to find out what happened to him since they lied about it initially. Go to another gym if you can.

The gym is nice and all of the services. For sure.However I really dislike how many hidden fees they have and how much the hidden fees are.It says nothing about them until you subscribe already, then it tells you.Not something I favor, whatsoever.I don’t think there’s a need for that.They’d probably be perfectly fine being upfront. And not charging hidden yearly lock-in prices.

Peyton is amazing. Great layout. Not crowded at all! Some gyms have low quality cardio machines but the treadmill was obviously good. Clean, open, not humid at all. Highly recommend!

Too many fees like I put my cc on file to pay for the subscription but I had to get a new card. I forgot to update 🙃 the card on file. Vasa charged me $25 for a declined cc I think that is way too steep of a charge they also have a annual fee (approx $50) for keeping you at a fixed rate. So vasa mafia lol, but really not cool... also 003437641w

It's a Vasa so you can expect it being a pain to cancel the membership and gym bro's walking around with ego's the size of Texas. What I didn't expect, and the reason for canceling, was having personal trainers make fun of me and other gym-goers behind our backs. Not professional at all in an environment where people are just trying to better themselves. Just because we have headphones in doesn't mean we can't hear or see you.
