NEVER SIGN UP HERE!!!!! I had gone in over a month ago to cancel my membership. The man had me sign a cancellation form , told me last month would be my final payment but HE NEVER CANCELLED ME IN THE SYSTEM AND LOST THE FORM. Then what do you know I’m charged next month the annual fee of all things , and guess what? After emailing corporate, constantly arranging calls w management, THEY STILL apparently “ denied “ my $40 refund which is my money that should of never been taken! Scott and samantha the managers are no help at all! They don’t care about there customers and just want all the money they can get . DISGUSTING

Great place to work out and the staff are so kind and friendly--always welcoming when you enter and leave! Place is super clean as well as the bathroom area! And the price you cannot beat!

They failed to properly cancel my membership and continued to charge me. Easy fix right? Nope. General Manager Samantha canceled my membership but has refused to waive a leftover balance on my account resulting from their mistake. It's a fine gym up until the point they make a mistake and then they call their client a liar and refuse to fix the issue. I'm not even looking to get my money back I'm just not paying them anymore money they aren't actually owed. I will change this review if I am notified Samantha actually did the right thing(also known as her job). If you come across this review it means she has continued to let pride prevent her from taking proper care of their clients and has not resolved this issue with me. Which means if you are looking for a gym to join you should look elsewhere. Like I said fine gym but if anything goes wrong they are unhelpful and to my surprise blame the client. Very disappointing considering I have been a member of multiple Planet Fitness locations over the last 8 or so years and will no longer use them for my fitness needs because of the complete lack of customer service provided by this location. Very disappointing. I encourage you to look elsewhere if this is how they treat long time members.They never resolved this issue nearly a year later. I stopped fighting the fight a while ago. This incident now appears on my credit report. Absolutely do not use this gym. You can find a gym where you can be shown respect and the people running it know how to conduct themselves with people.

This was the worst facility I have ever been to. I was harassed by the staff on multiple occasions. The floors are absolutely disgusting. Tanning and massage units are always covered in bodily excrements. It’s an absolute disappointment for what I have experienced by being at multiple planet fitnesses all over the US. Aside from the discrimination for multiple gym employees, the actual cleanliness of the gym is a disgrace. Will not go back. This may cause me to cancel all together.

Like the gym a lot, I go early morning 5 days a week. For the last couple of months the cleanliness of the gym, locker room and showers has really declined. Often see dirty paper towels and empty water bottles laying everywhere. The showers aren't being cleaned as often or thoroughly as they have in the past too. I've also noticed the paper towel dispensers and spray bottles are often empty, so its difficult to wipe down the equipment before and after using. I see lots of new employees, so maybe it will get better. It's a shame, it deteriorated so quickly.

Love it here! Staff is always ready to help but they don't hover around. Plenty of machines and space. They offer check-in via the app on your phone so you don't need to bring keys/wallet/etc every time. Another perk is that they accept Samsung Pay (and presumably Apple Pay) for the drinks and things they offer at the front. Haven't taken advantage of the classes yet but they look very popular!

Wow! From the beginning it all starts with a hello how are you doing? From there I was introduced to an employee that gave me a tour of the facility. I was absolutely satisfied with making this gym my home gym. After signing up I took advantage of every equipment available. I have been going to this gym for almost a year and I would have to say it's clean and functional. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a gym that has more than enough machines to go around. Not only that there are two programs that are available that I would recommend one is the physical education courses and also the design your own program course that you can schedule with anyone at the from desk. I love my planet fitness and their staff for getting me in the best shape of my life.

Been going here for a little while. Was a member of another competitor for a long while and I prefer Planet Fitness by far. The staff is helpful, the machines clean, and the hydrolounge (for black card members only) is an excellent way to end a good workout session. It's a no frills gym that is inviting to all. Don't miss the first Monday of the month (pizza night). Haven't eaten any but it is available to all members. Overall a fantastic gym.

Instructors actually care for clients, mine has been great. General clean facility and front desk staff friendly. Some rough crowds sometimes n sometimes long wait

Love this gym. The staff are amazingly friendly. Even on busy days, there is always a machine free. Super clean.
