I just back from the gym and 80% on the people are not wearing maks they are walking around without the intention on wear it not eblven in their pocket 2 weeks ago wasn't like that ,i actually going to cancel my black card subscription, sorry you guys are crazy!!

I would give a 5 star for staff friendliness. Clean facility. Staff always observed cleaning. Equipment is very well cared for.

Clean and spacious. Best of all, they have allowed face masks to be optional which I think is awesome for the community. We see each other every day and are a family.

It's only been a week, but so far I really like this gym. It's super clean. Plenty of machines and equipment. Staff is friendly.

The rules on cell phones are absolutely ridiculous, had to take a 90 second urgent call while briefly walking on the treadmill (no different than talking to somebody on a treadmill next to you for a moment) and they are absolutely on your case about no cell phones on machines. Get with the 21st century. Totally ruined the experience. Not recommend.

I always enjoy Planet Fitness at Royal Palm Beach. They keep the gym spotless with excellent ventilation. Staff is professional and courteous. Very top notch business.

LOVE THE GYM, don’t like how some of the staff act. I walked in yesterday and asked the to manually input my moms phone number because she got me a memeber ship under her name. The guy that worked there usally gives me problems but yesterday he said that he was going to have to “delete her account” I was in shock and left. I don’t know his name but when I find out imma report cuz it’s not okay how he’s acting!!

I am extremely displeased with my recent experience at planet fitness, I have had a black card with PF for years now and more recently have been committed to working out 6 days a week every week for the last 7 months. I was familiar with nearly all of the staff (morning crews as my work outs have been everyday 6:45-8:30) until today I was stopped mid workout today by Eli who’s name tag said assistant manager. I have never seen him before, however he stops me and tells me that no gym bags are allowed on the floor and must be kept in the locker room. I carry wrist straps, lifting belt Etc. And every time I need it I’m supposed to go to the locker room to get it ? That’s absurd, not to mention that this is the first I have ever heard this even though I am in there every single day. I proceeded to go up to the counter moments later to cancel my membership and he asks me why, I told him the gym bag “policy” and he tells me that I could always use one of the smaller size bags…. First off if there policy is no bags because of tripping hazards it does not matter the size of the bag. Second that just doesn’t work for the amount that I carry with me.Very poor choice of “policy” on planet fitness and now I am forced to switch over to a new gym.

12/6/20Have used this particular gym half a dozen times. The men's showers are always icecold. Staff are aware, but unable to do anything.Edit.Manager has put in a workforce to have showers looked at. Thank you.12/17/20Edit.Showers are still cold. Asked front desk staff about it. Was laughed off.
