I've been going here for 6 months and I absolutely love it. Staff is always nice, the gym goers are always nice, and I've never had an issue here. Really does feel like a second home.

The gym is close to home and is always clean. Plenty of cleaning stations, although the paper towel dispensers are often empty. The weights are good enough for me, but I can see why a serious body builder may not enjoy this gym.

Black card membership is certainly worth it. Staff has been great and friendly. Facility is clean. Hydromassage (included in black card) is AMAZING !!! Glad to be back at the gym. We were trying to be motivated at home to workout but you know that goes lol.

Excellent service at the front desk especially since I was new to the store. Jim explained everything to me like a human being. I’m not a car guy so this is an essential service to me because I was weary of being ripped off. I bought some reasonably priced tires for my old car with an online discount, but I will come back to buy new tires for my new car in the future.Goodyear vs Firestone? Goodyear hands down.

The Royal Palm location has treated my family with care, kindness, and professionalism! The Gym as a whole is very clean and always functional! I have always felt safe. The Staff has always been so attentive to our Questions and Needs! I have never been to a better gym! You guys are great! Keep up the great job and hard work to keep us safe! This planet fitness is clean and I see the staff constantly wiping down the equipment which is awesome. I have gone to the gym at different times of the day and it’s really never that busy where you can’t use the equipment. The gym equipment on the other hand is old and most of the cardio machines have rust coming through the paint. It doesn’t impact the use ability of it.

They do not make canceling easy, especially in this era of COVID. While normally I would be okay with going into the gym, with COVID they need to provide better solutions for members that do not feel comfortable in their gyms.

Very clean facility and great customer service at the front desk.Trainers like to use 3 machines at once with clients, which isn't fair to members. More equipment and more space would be beneficial.

Cancelled my membership short of a month and was charged for two. I was told if I cancelled prior to the 10th I wouldn't get charged a fee. Need to get your info correct. Would never return to Planet Fitness.

Clean, quiet and non judgmental zone. New machines and friendly accessible staff. Members are invested in their workout with multiple machines always available in this 24/7 gym.
