After reading all these reviews I feel I need to say something... I have been a member at this lifetime for about 4 yrs. Personally I think this place is a great deal for what we pay, I’m from Europe and you would pay way more for this kind of facility. This place has almost everything. People complaining about a bunch of old equipment that they don’t even use, well I use it and it’s NOT old. LT is always keeping up with new cool equipment, and honestly, if there is a machine broken, I’ve never seen it broken for more than a day or two. The staff has always been so welcoming and helpful. Need a demo on a machine, they will be happy to show you. My only real complaint is that recently it has become very busy, almost too busy, but that just tells me they are doing a great job and probably should consider opening up another location. Finally, we all signed an agreement when we joined, if you don’t like their policy on how to cancel your membership then you prob shouldn't have joined in the first place.

Being a stay at home mom having a gym membership is a must for my sanity. It’s my only me time. With that said most gyms sell the fitness part and child care can be an after thought. Not lifetime. If you have children the price is well worth it! My son looks forward to going especially to see Kaitlyn at the kids center. He is apart of kids academy that gives him structure since he stays home with me.Recently I asked about being able to work out out of state during a vacation. Rochelle, one of the account managers, called the gym for me to get a temporary pass even though the lifetime was onyx premium level. I was pleasantly surprised. Not just the facility but the experience make it well worth the cost. I’m sure there will be more positive reviews from me in the future.- A. Keadle

Great place to have an exceptional workout! Decent staff. Outstanding facility/equipment/accessibility. A bit on the pricy side. You do get what you pay for and more. Lifetime offers a lare range of nutritional products/spa/salon/cafe and much more. Come in and see for yourself!

This place is such a rip-off and makes it very difficult to cancel a membership. They require a written notice sent certified mail to cancel a membership. I moved to a location they don’t even have a gym and they keep sucking money out of my account. I have paid them 390.00 because I can’t get to a post office and cancel. Think twice about using them they like getting your money and not providing a service. No wonder their approval rating is so low. BEWARE!!!

Great gym. I didn't have any problems with the staff when joining or cancelling; they didn't pressure me at all. The gym itself is outstanding but I just found the price a little bit too much.

My wife signed up for this place to workout on the weekends and have our baby boy be watched during the workout. Huge mistake. The childcare center is a zoo - a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's a matter of time before someone gets injured or abused. Very high staff turnover. Except the manager, the place is run by teenage girls with what appears to be zero training. Kids run all over each other, there's someone crying constantly, there's no supervision whatsoever. The infant room, the one safe place, is closed most of the time, but even when it's open, there's no dedicated staff, just a random teenage girl who doesn't really know anything about how to play with or comfort babies. The manager is not responsive and appears to be more interested in keeping the parents in the dark about what is happening in the center than about ensuring that it is a safe environment for the kids.If you care about your child, DO NOT bring your precious little one over there.

Overall this is an average Lifetime fitness facility, not too crowded people wise. Everything was clean and the the weight area was not a disaster. It is very packed with equipment though, so you need to wade through to get to certain …

It's a large, busy gym with friendly staff and a wide variety of equipment. The facility is clean. The pools are nice. The locker rooms are spacious. For me, it's a good place to do some cardio and lift some weights.I submitted some feedback about the TVs and volume and they made some changes. I really appreciate that.

Second time I've been a member - First time was awful due to a personal trainer consistently harassing me to get into a program - called me at home, cell phone, texts........hated to go in.Now for the second time I've joined (three years later) they continue to push you hard for a "Program" which really means give your approval to charge your card so many times per month. The first trainer I talked to was just for the "Free" 1- hour session which turned into a hard press for a long-term contract some metabolic testing and a dietitian. By the way most of that is covered with a small co-pay by your doctors office if you have insurance. There is no benefit to setting up a training account - there is no discount so why do it? Pay as you go without having it automatic whether you're there or not. I did hire a personal trainer and pay her for each session when I want one. She is great and very knowledgeable and professional. So I agree with the many other ratings and comments about the staffs' less than professional attitude. If you don't drink their "Cool-aid" they will right you off like you don't exist. Nice facility, nice locker room, towels, clean, equipment works, nice steam room, soap dispensers have soap in them...........But its all about sales of course and how much they can get you on the hook for.
