Great gym for the price. I've paid much more for a comparable gym. Locker room facilities are great if you need to get ready there after a workout for work. I've never had issues waiting for a machine.

I was a member at LTF for eight years. For a long time, I loved the place. Everything you want in a gym, plus outstanding cleanliness. In the past few years, it went downhill quickly and the culture changed dramatically. Bottom line, LTF oversells memberships, diluting the value of the experience. They simply do not care if the gym is at 150% capacity. It became about selling memberships and less about the experience. The locker room in particular turned into a high school locker room, unmanaged by staff and ruined so much of what I loved about the place. Chuze gives me everything I loved at LTF for $20/month and the staff is outrageously friendly and attentive to member needs. My advice is to strengthen your luxury gym business model, charge more and limit memberships. Otherwise, you cannot keep up with the new gym culture that so many are getting right these days at a lower price point.

I agree with the other comments, if I could give this place a negative, I would. I also have to voice my complaint about Priscilla, their sales rep. as stated in other complaints. She showed us around and I’m not sure how they can keep someone like that on the team representing their company. Aside from not being physically fit at all (who wants to buy a membership for almost $90 a month from an overweight person) she was very unprofessional, talked like she had zero education and during on tour, was more concerned about what guys attention she could get. Who goes around showing a family a gym by waving and laughing with numerous men in the weights area? She definitely needs to find a different job better suited for her. She’s 100% of the reason myself, my wife and my kids will not sign up with this gym. She treated my wife like trash and didn’t even acknowledge my kids. Yuck.

Cancelling your membership is the biggest pain anyone can go through. They made me give 30 days notice, and extorted me for a month's membership. Go elsewhere. The facility is nice, but because of how crowded the club is, there are much, much better options out there. Not to mention the price of membership is grossly overpriced.

This facility put me through literal hell when I tried to cancel my membership. I was belittled, harassed, was given the run around. This gym is WAY more expensive than anywhere else yet they don't want to replace any of the damaged or overused equipment. The people who sell you your membership are rude, leave out details and are indirect. I just decided to change my debit card number so they'd stop siphoning money from my account after I directly told them I was dissatisfied with their service and wanted to cancel my membership.

A great place for building self, strength and camaraderie! Relatively updated and state of the art with loads to do and programs to join. if you are dedicated you will see results in the end all you really have is your body so take care of it. Yes people say it's a bit pricey but isn't everything nowadays a fast food run for 2 cost $20 so if you spend $150 a month at the gym it's a good investment in your health and future. take the bull by the horns you get your butt in a gym doesn't have to be this one stop reading Facebook stop wishing and wondering make it happen. I promise you you will find friends at this gym. Thank you kindly.

Wish I could give them no stars. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced and this was my first gym membership. Nobody had told me I had to “sign a form to cancel” when signing up. I haven’t been to the facility since …

Hmmm, the reviews seem very skewed for what this place offers. My family and I went for a while and had to stop. I just told them I needed to cancel and it was no problem to get it done. That is one of the main reasons I was willing to join again... that and the rock-climbing wall with 6 self-belays, they have hot yoga for my wife, my kid is doing swim lessons (they have a swim team), TRX equipment, and they had added a bunch of squat racks, etc. No place is perfect, but this place has so much to offer it is a stretch to call it a gym. I quit the $10/mo gym and went back because you get what you pay for. With that in mind, I think the large number of 1 star reviews seems very suspicious.

I would give this gym a negative one if I could. I don't know where to begin. had a horrible experience here within last year. It is EXTREMELY Overpriced, so many amenities you don't need or use but you still pay for. there is really nothing special about the equipment, some of them are so old that you are basically fighting with the cables rather than lifting weights. there is always 2 equipments that are out of service, And you are always under microscope here. Given that there are so many offices and people on they computers They have no way of dealing with members complaints. I have decided after two years that there are better placed for WAY cheaper, where I can get a relax workout. I would give 24 hour fitness 3 starts over this place. Save your money, be aware.
