5 stars just for Melody she is very sweet and beautiful girl inside and out she works in different locations she really give the gym a positive energy,I can feel it I enjoy working out when she is there she really care about members and she is a hard worker she deserves to be the general manager of all planet fitness locations in Colorado

Will post fake deals claiming to have "no commitment" or "only 10$ for a month" but will continue to bill you after what bought and has no way to cancel. I asked for a 1 time visit, and the employee said I should just pay for a month and there will be no additional billing. As soon as the month ended more bills and fees I never agreed to and was never warned about appeared on my bank statement.Update: although planet fitness will attempt to use hidden statements in their terms and services to bully you out of your money, these are not binding. Reach out to your bank, and they should be able to help you get any fraudulent charges returned.

Customer service is a nightmare and they have no qualms about stealing money from you even after you've cancelled your membership. Found out today that they have been charging our account since 2017 for a membership that should have been cancelled back then. There is a "strict policy" that the only way to get a refund is by showing them the cancellation letter, which we never received. Shouldn't they have that on file? When challenged on their terrible business practices, the manager (THE. MANAGER.) swore at my husband, and we have no recourse for recovering the money (over $1,000) that they've charged us.
