This year I set myself a goal that I have been wanting to reach for years. I started going to the gym and got into a routine but after a few months I wanted/needed to try something else. I decided to try Cape Fear Boxing and challenge myself to work out differently than I was used to so I joined for the 6 weeks bootcamp.I started going to the early classes and I absolutely LOVED IT! The coaches were supportive and pushed me to give my best so that I get the results I wanted. I lost 7.6 lbs. of body fat in 6 weeks and turned into an early riser for the gym. I feel so much more energized throughout the day and it really changed the way I work out, for the better!I would recommend this to anyone that's looking to either lose weight or just tone up. Lots of us might want a workout buddy to keep us accountable, they are everything you need to reach your goals and more! They work with you on nutrition, fitness and they are overall a great community!Thank you, Coach Rasheed, Coach Tee and Coach Cooper!!

Before joining Cape Fear Boxing I was running 3-4x per week and doing core work almost daily. I was getting bored and needed variety in my routine. I enjoyed kickboxing in the past and the discipline it required, so decided to look into CFB. The accountability and encouragement from the staff are phenomenal! In 21 days I lost 8.9 lbs of body fat. I would recommend this program to anyone serious about making a change AND being held accountable to your personal commitments. I push myself on my own, but this program brought me to another level.

After being in quarantine for so long, I needed a new place to get back into shape. If you’re looking for a great way to not only build muscle, but also build community, you’ve found it! The coaches are incredibly supportive in whatever your fitness journey may be and will help you achieve the goals that you set for yourself. I highly recommend at least dropping in for a class to see what it’s like!

I joined Cape Fear Boxing in May 2022 for the Ladies Fitness Challenges and I did not know what to expect but the ladies and coaches were so welcoming. Being around others who are supportive and also working towards their goals is so encouraging to want to work harder. The coaches are amazing, they're right by your side pushing you and even sometimes doing the workouts with you. I absolutely loved my time here and cannot wait to get back!

Our family love this boxing place ! We’ve had our children in the youth program for a while now an our youngest was heavier an this program helped him lose weight! They absolutely love it! If you have the opportunity to be apart of this gym , do it ! Highly recommend!

We found this gem of a Gym purely by Google. We are very new to boxing and had no idea what to expect. My son had grown several inches quickly and had become uncoordinated and stepped away from sports until someone suggested boxing. From the first two workouts we could already see a difference in his agility and coordination. In a month it was amazing the transformation physically and skill wise. But most importantly his confidence in himself became apparent. He walked taller and had a new self esteem that was amazing. I am in the medical field and was very observant about injury and safety for my son. I have no worries with the coaches they are in tune to ability and skill level and won’t put someone at risk. I could not recommend this gym enough no matter what you are looking for from training they can help! Please check them out for all ages.Dr. Nathan Sprague

I Should have given this review ages ago but better late than never!Rasheed and Cape Fear Boxing is by far the best choice anyone can make if they’re looking to get fit, get motivation, confidence, or skill. It’s also a great place to make friends, join a new community, and learn how to push yourself to new levels!I joined for competition and I learned a ton, made a bunch of friends, and it really mentally and physically challenged. I recommend boxing to anyone whether they want to compete or just get fit, but if you’re going to do it, I definitely recommend you do it at Cape Fear Boxing!

Cape Fear Boxing is wonderful! Before I started coming I was exercising on my own but felt like I needed more accountability to be consistent. Since joining I have a great group of Coaches and women that are so supportive and fun. The workouts are challenging and I am able to modify any specific exercise to meet my level and still get a benefit. When I first started I had knee issues and after a few months of classes I can tell a big difference in the stability of my knee and I am able to do exercises that were not possible when I started. I would definitely recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone that is thinking about starting their fitness journey. It is a great workout in a fun, welcoming and friendly environment where the Coaches really care, want you to success and provide the tools you need to be successful.

I joined ladies boxing bootcamp almost a month ago to end the year strong and start the new year out right. Each month you get an action packed 30 minute workout as many times you are willing to show up. There are early morning and evening classes so it works great with my working mom schedule. All the coaches are motivating and willing to help you succeed. It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey because everyone is welcome and encouraged. I would highly recommend checking this place out!!
