Before I came into this program I was trying everything that used to work for me when I had lost weight in the past. I did this for two years and just kept gaining more weight. I was feeling super helpless and knew I needed to try something different. I started looking into boxing gyms and came across cape fear boxing. The first thing I saw was all these amazing reviews. Then I watched Coach Rasheed’s videos taking about cape fear boxing. I thought wow this is amazing! Having no idea how much it would change everything for me. I set an appointment with him and he explained everything and got me into a 6 week transformation program. Shout out to him and Chase! They made me feel so welcomed and I just had a feeling that I could count on them for probably anything. Not only the support of all the coaches and the ladies in this program but also the workouts changed everything for me! I lost 11.2 lbs OF FAT in 3 weeks! I gained muscle as well. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone. The people are amazing and truly want to help you reach your goals. Thank you again Cape Fear Boxing! ❤️

I started the 6 week challenge and found amazing results. Before the program, I was eating whatever I wanted to. I’d go home from work, sit in front of the tv, eat, and fall asleep. I wasn’t really motivated to move much after work, because I was so tired. I’ve always had trouble with food and eating whatever I want. I’m small, but I wasn’t happy with my stomach. The meal plans and food guide was so helpful and kept me conscious about what I was eating, my portion size, and how many times I was eating a day. Consistency was another big thing for me. I love the accountability and checking in on me and my progress that Cape Fear Boxing provides. I work ten plus hours a day, 5 days a week, and I was worried about over doing it. In the long run, I’ve never felt so energized while pushing my body to the max. I have so much more energy. I’ve doubled my weight loss goal by losing 6 pounds of body fat in only 6 weeks, and I feel so much happier when I see myself in the mirror and feel so much stronger/healthy. I would absolutely recommend Cape Fear Boxing for all these reasons and more. Plus, the coaches are awesome. It’s been a life changing experience, and I am excited to continue the progress I’ve been making.

Everything I was trying to do before I got into this program was just not working. I tried the at home workouts, changing eating habits, etc. I just was not motivated enough. It was so hard to do it alone and hold myself accountable. Welllllll! Joining Cape Fear Boxing has changed all of that! Being around encouraging individuals who hold you accountable and cheering you on is just the motivation I needed. I always feel so welcomed and we are like a big family. Just being able to see the small changes myself and others too made me realize that I definitely made the right decision for my mind, body, and spirit. I lost 5.8 pounds of body fat in 21 days!!When are mindful of what you are putting into your body, it makes all the difference. I couldn’t have done it without you all. The planned workouts are fun and challenging but it really gets you moving. I never thought I would be waking up super early to get to the gym and excited about it!!! I encourage everyone to invest in yourself and make those small changes and you will not regret it. CFB will guide you along the way! Highly highly recommend !l

Before Cape Fear Boxing I was sidelined with a knee injury and therefore couldn't workout very much. I did a little walking, bike riding and lifting weights (not much of this)!! After seeing an ad on Facebook I met with Coach and decided the 6- week boot camp was definitely something I needed.After my first class I was HOOKED!! The class instructors are very good and so so motivating. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to get in better shape - whether it's just to move, lose weight or tone up.Once the 6 weeks was up - I did my final weigh in...the results for me were great. I was so happy!I lost 13.4 lbs, 8.1% body fat, and 16.3 lbs of FAT! I also gained 1.9 lbs of muscle and my blood pressure went from 132/80 to 116/70.You gotta try it! It's really a wonderful place to workout.

If you’re looking for a life change, Cape Fear Boxing is where it’s at. Before joining for the 6 week program, I would go for runs a couple times a week but felt as if I wasn’t going anywhere physically, especially after having 2 kids (8 months pp). I knew I had to do something different but didn’t know at all where to start. I joined cape fear boxing after I saw an ad and am so happy I did. After doing there 6 week program i lost 10.9 pounds of BODY FAT and that’s just from doing exactly what they told me to do. I haven’t been this weight since BEFORE kids. And I mean way before 😂. I feel great, have so much more energy, have this new confidence that I never thought I would have, and can’t wait to keep going! I wanted to be and do better for my kids, and be able to keep being and doing for them. Not only are the class times great, but the coaches, and the other women in class are AMAZING. Everyone is on your side and helps give you the extra push you need. Now what’s better than making true friends while working out. Coach Coop and Coach Tee are by far everyone’s biggest cheerleaders and I honestly couldn’t have pushed through without them each and every morning. I would 100% recommend, because this works, and they work, and I am forever grateful that they believed in me before I believed in myself. Thankyou guys!

The last workout program that I participated in, with any consistency, was Pilates. While I enjoyed the relaxing and extremely gentle pace of Pilates stretching, at 53 yrs old, I knew (because my doctor told me!) that I needed to add weights, move more and get my heart rate up.I lost 5.4 lbs of body fat in my first 21 days of the Cape Fear Boxing program. Better still, I gained even more in the way of strength, healthy, new habits and a supportive community that celebrates every success along the way.At Cape Fear Boxing, there is no where to hide. And that’s a good thing! I feel seen and supported 100% by the best fitness team in Wilmington. The staff has checks-in, checks-up, holds me accountable and is right there for me - holding space so that I succeed in reaching my goals.The workouts are challenging and the variety of exercises and circuit drills are a blast and make the 30 minute workouts go fast. As the coaches here like to say “You are stronger than you think!“I would recommend CFB to anyone who is finally ready for real accountability and provenresults.

Cape Fear Boxing has helped me do something I’ve struggled with for the last 6 years - regular exercise! I spent a lot of money doing very little in other gyms that didn’t have trainers and while CFB is more $ than a typical gym membership, the reward is insanely worth it. I went from doing very little with my life (from a fitness perspective) to losing almost 10 pounds of body fat in 6 weeks AND competing in my first 5k. I wouldn’t have done this if I didn’t genuinely love each coach here, they make you look forward to the pain! I have good weeks and bad weeks but the encouragement is always the same. They don’t push for perfection, and I loved that from the start. They didn’t make me feel like I had to exercise every day or follow a strict diet to achieve my goals, they just want people to move and be active in their community and I will always get behind a cause like that :)

Before finding Cape Fear Boxing I was not motivated and always feeling miserable. In 21 days since joining I’ve already lost 5.8lbs of body fat!! I absolutely would recommend joining as it is such a motivating place that works you hard but also celebrates everyone’s victories in their personal fitness journeys! The coaches are incredible as are the members!

I absolutely love Cape Fear Boxing. All the coaches are so nice and genuine, and really care about every member. The workouts are intense but short and I'm always glad I went even if I was tired and considering not going. Last year I broke and dislocated my shoulder and got out of the routine of exercising and couldn't go back to playing rugby. I joined CFB for a 6 week challenge and they whipped me back into shape. My favorite part of the workouts are the boxing circuits, it's so fun! After the challenge I decided to join for a year membership and look forward to being a member for many more!

I surprised myself! Back in March 2022, I started a wellness journey. After working on eating healthier for a few weeks, I knew I needed to incorporate an exercise component. To be honest I was afraid to start because I hadn't worked out in over 10 years... I chose Cape Fear Boxing because the women look like real people and I knew that I could commit to 30 minutes a day. By watching my diet, giving 100% to every class and participating in the weekly challenges, I was able to lose a total of 16.2 lbs of body fat in just 6 weeks!!! 16.2 lbs! I never imagined that I would be able to get results like that... I would wholeheartedly recommend Cape Fear Boxing for one simple reason - the program works if you do the work!
