Before starting at Cape Fear Boxing, I was all over the place (to say the very least! 😂) I was an all-around athlete growing up, but have had multiple ongoing medical issues since that has made it pretty difficult to keep up with any kind of exercise schedule, let alone even want to exercise at all!This program at CFB was not only fun (….which is not something I say in ANY reference to “working out”, haha so that is HUGE!!), but it made me stronger physically, getting some of my lost muscle tone back, and mentally, knowing that despite my medical issues and lack of exercise over the years, I was actually able to complete the workout, and do so pretty well! The challenge is great, no matter what your level is, and every coach is there to help you along every step of the way. They are the best cheerleaders during the workout. The support system alone, in terms of not just coaches, but also other gym members, is amazing!!! It’s hard to not leave this place without a smile on your face.Which is why I would HIGHLY recommend this boxing gym and this 6 week program for just about anybody—because like I said, I am one to usually hate all exercise/things that make me sweat, I’m frequently tired and have constant body aches, and never any motivation to move my body, etc… and if I can have FUN during these workouts, AND I’m always leaving happier than I entered, it is pretty much a guaranteed success for everyone else who is willing to at least try. I am forever grateful for Cape Fear Boxing—for the coaches, my gym-mates, even the gym puppies! 🥰 I am more fit and more confident than I have been in a long time, and it’s all thanks to CFB!! Love you guys and appreciate all your patience and cooperation and support always!! ❤️

Cape Fear Boxing has been such an amazing and encouraging experience. Before joining this program I was in a rut, not really doing any exercise and eating terribly. But after joining their 6 week Bootcamp I lost 8.1 lbs in body fat, grew stronger, and learned greater disciplines in eating and working out. Now I work out multiple days and have gotten back into biking as well! I would definitely recommend this program to others if you are looking for help to change and get healthier and stronger. You won’t regret doing it!

Before the boxing program I was really unfit and had little to no motivation to start working out. After doing some googling on the best sport to get you in shape, boxing happened to be one of them. I quickly found cape fear boxing and am extremely impressed with my results. I have never been so motivated to eat healthy and work out. I have attended class for 6 weeks now and have lost about 10lbs of body fat…. And let me tell you, shopping is a lot more fun now🥂 I would 100% recommend this class to someone looking to join a team to push you to do your best. I have become obsessed with seeing the progress i have made in such little time!!

Before joining the 6 week challenge I hadn't worked out in years, was spending too much time at my desk and not eating healthy. I also had lack of motivation to change. I am 3 weeks into the program and have lost 6.9 lbs of body fat, which was one of my goals in the challenge! I feel so much better and have much more energy! Hands down, CFB is the best choice I've made for improving my health and fitness. The workouts are always new and challenging but in a good way. CFB has the best energy, the coaches are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement. They drive you and inspire you to reach your best level.

Since joining Cape Fear Boxing I’ve lost 6.7 lbs of body fat in 21 days! Prior to joining I was not very active. I would go a few weeks working out and then stop. I could not stay motivated to continue living a healthy lifestyle. Because of that, I was looking for a program that would help hold my accountable and CFB delivered. I would highly recommend the Lady’s Boxing Boot Camp Program to anyone trying to get into a healthy routine and lose body fat/gain muscle. The atmosphere is amazing; everyone is always positive and willing to help. The workouts vary day to day so you don’t get bored doing the same repetitive work out everyday. A all around great gym and program with awesome people!

Last august I moved down to NC and since then, I have had a lack of motivation to get myself to the gym. I saw an ad on Facebook for Cape Fear Boxing and figured, why not give it a try? Cape Fear Boxing reminded me how much I actually enjoy boxing and working out. The classes are quick and effective, in 6 weeks I lost 6 lbs of body fat! The coaches and community help to foster such a positive atmosphere and I can confidently say I look forward to working out at cape fear boxing every day- I even committed to a whole year after completing the 6 week challenge because I love seeing the results!

After 2 back surgeries and nerve damage; I found myself heavier than I had ever been and overwhelmed by where to even start.At CFB I found motivation, coaching, friendship, and encouragement. With these tools I was able to lose 5.7 lbs. of body fat in 6 weeks.I am an example that even if you have had past medical issues that have caused you to become unfit and unhealthy, you can push past those obstacles and build a stronger, healthier you. The coaches at CFB will work with you to do this in a healthy and safe way.I am thankful to CFB for the way they invest in every member that joins. I encourage you to give it a try.

Came for the six week boot camp…stayed for the results. When it comes to caring for my body, I know all the things but implementing them is hard (and made harder by a cute baby who has a personal vendetta against sleeping). The focus on accountability is what sets this apart for me—you haven’t signed up for class, you haven’t showed up to class, a (friendly but persistent) phone call is coming your way. For me it’s literally the only thing that works and I’m glad to be able to stay on for the rest of the year. I have never had more energy or just felt well (thanks exercise hydration and nutrition). And there’s definitely some mental health benefits to wailing out all your grumpiness on punching bag multiple times a week :D

Time to start feeling better, feeling stronger, and taking care of myself. So I just did it. I hit the 'sign up' button on the Instagram ad.Best. Decision. Ever.Cape Fear Boxing is awesome. The people are WONDERFUL. The strategy WORKS. Coach Rasheed will sit down with you, talk through WHY you want (or need) to be there, and help you set goals. And the goals are based on real data - they do a scan to determine your body composition and your goals are to improve your body based on its composition (makes sense!). He offers strategy, accountability, and some basic (and easy!) nutrition guidance. The people at the gym are inspiring. They're all there to create a better, stronger version of themselves.The workouts are just perfect. Everything is broken down into small (but mighty) exercises - some as little as 30 seconds. You can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds. The exercises are fun and there's such a variety. By the time you keep rotating through the exercises, next thing you know, you're done. Because you can do ANYTHING for 30 minutes too.I signed up for the 6 week challenge and set a goal to lose 7.1 pounds of body fat. I surpassed my goal and lost 8 pounds of body fat in 6 weeks! It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone - old, young, fit, use-to-be-fit, never-been-fit, anyone! Even if you need to work around sensitive knees, back, whatever - they have modifications. They are truly there to help you succeed.They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, and I really did feel that. Now that I'm in my 7th week, I'm in the groove and love getting in lots of work outs each week!

Before I signed up for the 6week challenge I was making every excuse to not exercise! I was attempting to eat right but quickly found out that what i was eating was not all good for me. When I seen the challenge on FB I thought this will make me exercise and lose weight and be more active!!The staff and clients are very welcoming and really care about me and my progress. I was held accountable for my work out and encouraged to do my best.This program taught me to eat better to not gain body fat, to be responsible for my health and exercise regime! The support I received from other ladies in program is what brought me back 5 days a week (minimal) for class.i wanted to be successful and work out with people doing the same thing as myself.If you want to lose weight, body fat and gain muscle mass this will do it!! It is 30 mins of intense exercise I never thought I could get through, I did it! I believe I would not have had I not been motivated by the coaches and other people in class.These people are all in it for you to complete your goal and get results! It's not easy but it is totally worth every minute. I lost 7.1 lbs of body fat in 6 weeks! You can too.DO IT! They are the best.
