I signed up for the 6 week program for the ladies boxing boot camp and when I say that this gym has benefited my life in so many ways I mean it! I lost 4 pounds within that six weeks and I feel so much better! It has been such a fun experience and the coaches are absolutely amazing! I love the people and it’s so nice to have support from women and watching each other overcome obstacles and transform into a better person. I feel so much better and also stronger both mentally and physically. They will hold you accountable and really push you to be the best person you can be. 10/10 recommend!!!

I decided at the beginning of the year that I needed to make a change and started working out and lifting weights on my own in March. After doing that for 4 months and seeing little to no results, I realized that I needed help and decided to look for a gym to help me get back on track and hold myself accountable for the poor diet decisions that I was making. I also wanted to gain some of the muscle that I had lost and shed the extra pounds I had acquired. I knew that I picked the right gym during my first meeting because these were all of the topics that came before I could say anything about them.In the first half of the 6 week program, I lost 6.6 pounds of body fat while gaining 3.1 pounds of muscle. My goal weight for the full 6 weeks was 7.4 pounds, so I'm already more than halfway there in half the time. My diet is better and it's getting easier and easier to make the healthier choice for meals and snacks. My endurance is SO MUCH better than it was when I started, which is something that I didn't give a lot of thought to. I always avoided cardio during my home workouts, but I've now added it to my routine as well because of how great it makes me feel. I'm also much stronger already than I was when I first started, and that's after lifting heavy for 4 months prior to joining.This program is effective, fun, and there's a really great and supportive group of people around you and cheering you on. Everyone has been absolutely lovely, and I really look forward to going every day. The support that you get from the group is so positive and the extra accountability helps keep you on track.I would easily recommend this program to anyone that wants to get moving again or just wants to shake up their normal workout routine. The added boxing element keeps things new and fresh for those like myself that have never boxed before. I'm so glad that I found this program and I don't see stopping even after my 6 weeks are up!

Before finding Cape Fear Boxing I hadn’t worked out in well over a year. I was four months postpartum with my second child when I joined the six week challenge, and in desperate need of getting healthy again; for myself and my girls.I sat down with the coaches and established a plan and set a goal for the program. In just 21 days I was able to lose 5.5lbs of body fat! Not only that, but I felt stronger and had more energy!I would absolutely recommend Cape Fear Boxing! I have never enjoyed working out, but this program quickly becomes addictive! I joined for the workouts, nutrition help, and accountability, but I got so much more! The coaches, the atmosphere, the community - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I loved CFB so much that I signed up for a whole year!

I found the owner/manager/head trainer (can’t remember his title) of Cape Fear Boxing to be quite offensive. When I inquired about the cost of training (most of us aren’t on an unlimited budget), he kept dodging the question. Then he asked me personal questions regarding my home life, and when he learned I have animals and I’m a homeowner, he decided to inform me that “maybe my fitness and health aren’t a priority.” You were very rude and insulting on the phone. I was blown away! No, I will not give up my rescue animals and roof over my head to attend your gym. I’ve never dealt with such a passive aggressive, judgmental person. Know your trainer, and don’t give in to this kind of pressure. Financial obligations and responsibilities are a part of life, and it should not be twisted into a negative reflection on you. I DO take my health seriously, and I also have a life and family outside of the gym. I’m thankful for them every day, and you will NOT tell me where my money should go or imply that my rescues and/or home are a burden to my fitness budget at your gym. Wrong on every level.

I would highly recommend Cape Fear Boxing to everyone. CFB has truly made such a positive impact in my workout routines. Before I was going to the gym doing the same boring routines and hitting a plateau, I was looking for more of a structure. This is exactly what you will find at CFB. The coaches here are amazing and want nothing but the best for you. Everyday is a different workout that challenges you and help you stay motivated. If you are looking for motivation, structure, results and even to make relationships with amazing like minded people, join CFB. I promise you won't regret it.

Cape Fear Boxing is more than just a gym, it is a community of like-minded individuals working individually yet collaboratively pushing the limits of our bodies to achieve and maintain our fitness goals. Within my first 21 days of joining Cape Fear Boxing, I have lost 8.3 pounds of body fat. Prior to joining Cape Fear Boxing, I was doing my own workouts on an app but I wasn’t seeing the results and I didn’t have the in-person community to help push me along when I got tired and wanted to slack off. At Cape Fear Boxing, you receive in-person support from the coaches but also from the other members in the class that will help you push through the fatigue. I wasn’t sure how I would enjoy Cape Fear Boxing but I can proudly say that I am glad that I joined!

Joining Ladies Boxing Boot Camp at Cape Fear Boxing is one of the best things I have ever done. Not only has it been good for me physically but also mentally. Before joining CFB, I was not doing any consistent exercise. Now I feel like I am making my body and my mind stronger. Every class gives me a sense of accomplishment and I can work at my own pace. I have done so many fad diets that did not work. I would lose 4 or 5 pounds and gain them back and more. Since I have been going to workouts, I have lost 8% body fat in 3 weeks. My goal was to lose 10% in 6 weeks. I will truly surpass that goal and lose more than 10%. This will be so easy to do because of the support, resources and accountability CFB has in place. There are weekly calls checking to see how I am doing and if there is anything they can do to help or if I have any questions. I really like this because I feel I have a support system in place to help me achieve what I have set out to do. I would highly recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone who is looking to get healthier.

Before I came to Cape Fear Boxing, I hadn't worked out in over a year. Previously, I would go to group workout classes or go to the gym and workout on my own, but it was very inconsistent. Being in the Ladies Boxing Boot Camp, I have become very motivated to workout and I have gained much more confidence in myself. My goal for the 6 week challenge was to lose 5.7 lbs of body fat, and in the first 21 days I had lost 5.5 lbs of body fat! The encouragement from the coaches and other members is incredible. I highly recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone who is looking for a fun, effective workout and wants to be surrounded by like-minded people who want to better themselves. Before joining the 6 week challenge at CFB, I wasn’t as active and I would attend HOTWORX occasionally but wanted more consistency and accountability. I was tired of not being healthy and was not pleased with how I looked. My 6 week goal was to burn 6.9 lbs of body fat and I burned 5 lbs of body fat in my first 3 weeks! Since joining this program I have noticed a difference in my physical and mental health and the CFB family keeps you motivated. I would 100% recommend Cape Fear Boxing to someone because it is a great program and family to be apart of and the workouts are made to fit any schedule with coaches that care about you and your progress!
