Cape fear ladies boxing boot camp has been a lifesaver! After many years of trying to get back in shape and establish healthy habits for myself, I am so excited to have found the cape fear boxing program. Before starting the program, I was lost trying to figure out the best workout routines and meal plans. It was very overwhelming and there were a lot of non-starts. Cape fear changed that! After no results for years, in just 6 weeks I lost 3.7lbs of body fat! I was so amazed, I signed up for more. I love it because the workouts are planned, and I just get to show up and work. They also did the heavy lifting (pun intended) when it came to meal prep and planning. The cape fear team has collected and compiled easy-to-access resources to help you set up a meal plan that works best for you and your lifestyle. And the absolute best part of cape fear boxing is the awesome, passionate coaches and community of amazing women working along beside you. I very much look forward to going to classes to see new friends and hear the coaches cheer me on!! If you have been in a rut and are looking for something to kick your fitness back into gear, this is the program for you!!

Signed up for the 6 week boot camp and love my results! The team at CFB was awesome helping with accountability and encouragement! I lost 6lbs of fat (no water or muscle) and all my clothes are fitting so much better! The workouts are a quick & intense at only 30 min, and seem perfect for my fitness level and busy mom/business owner schedule.

Before I started the ladies boot camp at Cape Fear Boxing I wasn’t taking accountability of my exercise and diet choices. After a long work day it’s always easier to eat fast food at the end. This program definitely has helped me change my lifestyle into making healthier choices and incorporating workouts into my daily routines. All of the coaches are super motivating and I have met some great ladies along the way! I am honored to be apart of others journey as well! My first 3 weeks I was down 10lbs of body fat! My final results by the end of the 6 week challenge was 15lbs of body fat burned! Without hesitation I would definitely recommend CFB because of the results, accountability and the great women that push each other into being their best selves!!!!

Before starting the 6-week women’s boxing boot camp I was struggling to find the motivation to work out. My activity level was minimal at best. In just 6 short weeks I was able to lose 11.3 lbs. of body fat with the support of the ladies in the class as well as the coaches. Cape Fear Boxing was the missing piece I needed to boost my self-esteem and become a better me overall. I was held accountable and now have a new healthy routine. One of the best gyms I have ever been apart of! The people are amazing, gym is spacious & clean, and the classes are always on time. I love how the gym is always helping people & kids better themselves. The youth program really helps with teaching kids sportsmanship, responsibility, & to go for their dreams. The ladies program is full of support, motivation, and a community of amazing women. I can't say enough positive things about this gym & the people who make this all possible! If you want a no-judgement gym, full of motivation, this is the gym for you.

After seeing an ad on Facebook I decided to drop in and see what the ladies Boot Camp was all about. I met Coach Rasheed who was so welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. I purchased a punch card of ten classes and did an orientation with Coach Tee who again was welcoming and encouraging. Today I actually did my first class. Coach Coop was seriously AMAZING! I walked in feeling nervous and she put me at ease. She was so kind, introduced me to the rest of the group and encouraged me to let go of an idea of perfection. I loved the class and the group. I have to say I believe these coaches and this program are changing lives. What an incredible environment! I can’t wait to go back!

I am so pleased to make this review because it has been such a special and growth filled experience for me training at Cape Fear Boxing! The Ladies Boxing Boot camp is a multi-faceted program that teaches you how to train your mind, tone your body, mind your dietary choices, and grow together!! Every person I've met has been positively impacted by the programs they offer and I'm sad that I am moving away from the area! Coach and all of the trainers really go the extra mile to make sure we are motivated, encouraged and supported and I feel so privileged to have been in the company of such helpful, beautiful and wonderful people! By week 3 I had already met over half my body fat goal and my hydration levels increased as I was more active and conscious of my water intake. My awareness of my own capacity grew in the 5 weeks I was training with CFB and I'll miss you all so much! Thank you for being you 💖💖

I want to send a huge thank you my coaches for pushing me in our workouts and being great mentors to me! I am in the best shape i've been in since high school (now 4 years ago) and today after running that 5k, really showed me that my hard work is really paying off and helping me achieve my goals. The workout classes not only have improved my strength, but also my endurance which played a huge role today. Cape Fear Boxing has changed me into a happier, healthier, and more active person which has made me be able to do things I never thought I’d ever be able to do. I couldn’t ever stay awake throughout the day before I joined Cape Fear Boxing and now after only three weeks of classes I have never need a nap and I feel so much better throughout the day! My physical and mental health has changed in the best ways possible and it is all thanks to this place! I have lots 9.7 pounds of body fat in just 21 days and I continue to keep losing! I am excited to see what the next three weeks bring me with Cape Fear Boxing! I couldn’t have done this without them! Before I joined the ladies boot camp I was eating greasy foods all the time and never really being active. Now that I joined CFB my body hates me when I miss a day! I promise you if you think you are the most out of shape person in the world you are not alone because that’s what I thought too! I’d recommend anyone who is looking to change their lifestyle for the better to join Cape Fear Boxing!

Cape Fear Boxing is AMAZING! I used struggle a lot with motivation to exercise and eat healthy. I hated going to the gym, and once I was there, I didn’t really know what exercises to do to get me results. But after I started going to CFB, I actually want to go back. The workouts are short but effective, the coaches are super motivating, and after 6 weeks at CFB, I lost 6.7 pounds of body fat!! I feel better- not just more in shape, but I’m more motivated to go workout and actually eat healthy. And I’m held accountable which really helps me stay on track. I cannot say enough good things about the coaches here- they are compassionate and really want to help you achieve your goals! CFB isn’t just a gym- it’s an awesome group of people that share your goals, want to see you improve, and help you become the best version of yourself. The workouts are also FUN, because everyday is a different workout, it doesn’t get boring and you don’t get burnt out. I highly recommend checking out CFB if you’re looking to get in shape, lose weight, and actually keep it off. I’m stronger, leaner, and have more energy too. I’m motivated to workout, stay/get in shape, and I even learned how to eat healthier- all thanks to CFB :)
