Before I started going to cape fear boxing I was just dreaming about getting started, since I’ve started I feel great that I chose a perfect gym to accommodate my dreams.The coaches are very professional and know how to keep things fun. They definitely know what they’re doing and will help you 100% to reach your goals. The training is spot on exactly what I was looking for and I can’t wait to see how far I will excel with the coaches guidance and hard training.I’ve spoke to coach Rasheed about wanting to cut weight and with his help I’ve been able to lose close to 10 pounds of body fat in just as little as 2 weeks.I’m definitely fortunate that I chose the right gym and would highly recommend cape fear boxing to anyone with the interest in boxing or just becoming better as an individual overall.The best in Wilmington.

CFB is one of the best gyms I have ever been apart of. I did the Ladies Boxing Boot Camp 6 week challenge and it was awesome. In my 1st 21 days I lost 5.9 lbs of body fat. They worked with me on my nutrition and help me learn to eat right. The coaches and the ladies that attend the classes are so supportive and kept me motivated to attend every class I could. At first it was hard, not going to lie but it becomes addictive and you don't want to miss a class. I love everyone at this gym and I thank them from the bottom of my heart because I could have never completed this challenge without their support. If you are looking for a place to work out and like a challenge this is the place to be. You will not be disappointed.

Cape Fear Boxing has an amazing atmosphere, clean facility, welcoming and professional staff, awesome availability and fun butt kicking workouts! I'm finishing up week 6 and it has been a blast! Definitely a great investment! 🙂💪----update--This place keeps getting better! I am starting a new 6wk challenge and the updates and perks that have been added are excellent! The orientation was thorough and informative. Stay tuned for the results at the end of these 6weeks!

Well in the women’s 6 week challenge my life has changed for the better! Before starting the challenge I did not have the knowledge of how to work out or the best foods to eat throughout the day. Cape Fear Boxing has an amazing team of people to help guide you and cheer you on through the challenge. This amazing team of people helped me lose 6.3 pounds of body fat in 6 weeks. I highly recommend anyone to come and join the Cape Fear Boxing family.

Joining the 6 week boot camp at Cape Fear Boxing was a great choice. I have lost weight and the coaches are super supportive. The 6 week challenge is just the beginning of my lifestyle change. Cape Fear Boxing is the best experience I have ever had working out!Before starting at Cape Fear Boxing I was unmotivated, couldn’t fall asleep or stay asleep, and had constant anxiety. I was stuck without direction, discipline or the support I needed.Since starting at Cape Fear Boxing I have the greatest support system with a staff of coaches who live what they teach. They’ve shown me discipline and follow through. As a result of going there I now sleep at night, have less anxiety, I’m excited for each workout. I’m losing weight, gaining muscle and strength and I look at the gym as my home away from home.I would recommend anyone giving Cape Fear Boxing a chance. Once you’re there, you’re family. The coaches encourage you and never let you fail. Every person there is cheering you on and wants to see everyone meet their goals and live a healthy life! Try it once, you’ll never look back!!

Rasheed has been awesome just had an appointment with him for meal planning and nutrition. The coaches are awesome and give constructive criticism and great help not only to improve in the ring but to become better people in the long run and feel better about ourselves. The staff and members are very welcoming and friendly. Workouts are appropriate for pretty much all fitness levels. There are a number of classes at a variety of times, making it very easy to attend whatever your schedule. A fantastic vibe and fun workout!

I joined the Cape Fear Boxing Ladies Bootcamp and lost 7.4 lbs of body fat in 21 days! Before the bootcamp I was trying to eat healthy but was not effecting change. The meal plan, coaching and accountability offered helped me learn what to eat and when. The daily bootcamp classes helped me burn the calories I needed. The support and positive messaging is everything promised and I’m so glad I joined- I can’t wait to see where I am at the 6 week mark! Definitely recommend for those who are wanting real change!
