I use to just run or walk for my exercise, until I met Coach Coop and she said to check out the place! I signed up for the 6 week challenge and it has changed my life! I eat and sleep better and look forward to each session! I’m a competitive person and Tee reminds me weekly that the only person I’m battling is myself and it pushes me to do more! Holding accountability is what kept me mentally going because I didn’t want to let myself down and within the 6 weeks, I met my goal! I recommend Cape Fear boxing to anyone that wants a challenge or a new way to work out! Whether you need a food guide, how to do each work out correctly, or just some guidance, they are there to help!

My son has been attending CFB for a few months now and I have noticed significant improvements in various areas of his life he has become more disciplined and has become more focused in school as well. Small details such as tying his shoes were things that he wasn’t quite paying attention to. He is full of confidence now and talks about the gym all the time. I would strongly recommend parents to sign there kids up for Cape Fear Boxing

I was working out randomly and looking for a exercise program that would be a challenge but also keep my interest. Attending Cape Fear Boxing has changed my workout regimen for the better. I lost 8.6 lbs of body fat un 6 weeks. I work out several times a week and make healthier food choices. I would recommend this program to my friends because I have finally noticed a change in my weight and energy.

Cape Fear Boxing has helped me to achieve everything I have ever dreamed of and more with my body, mental health, and overall energy level! When I first started the ladies boxing boot camp program they helped me to set achievable goals and understand what my body needed to meet them and how to set meal plans for myself to make my new healthy lifestyle fluid and easy to stick to. My first goal was to loose 6lbs in 6 weeks. With their support/program I lost 7.4lbs of body fat in 21 days! And am now continuing to set new goals for myself and achieving them as well! They are professional from start to finish and offer so much to help you achieve your goals along the way. The support you receive from being apart of their boxing family makes you feel welcomed immediately and encouraged to achieve all goals! They helped me to feel confident and believed in me the whole way through, offering guidance as needed and confidence in my ability to conquer my goals. I found a new love and appreciation for my body through their program. It truly helps you to realize the strength you have within your own body and to grow that strength until it is at the forefront of your mind, heart, and body. I have never felt stronger, more capable and confident in my whole life which is why I continue their boxing boot camp to this day. I found a new love for boxing (one I thought I’d never find) and a love for the coaches who help build you up and guide you along the way! With their program I get excited to workout and push myself the best I can! The people I workout along side with are always the best! You never feel out of place, just encouraged and supported by the entire team. The coaches make sure you are listening to your own body, to pace yourself and ignite your ability to do the best you can! The Cape Fear Boxing youth program is second to none! The coaches are very supportive, knowledgeable, and promote positivity. The training techniques are perfect for healthy development in adolescence (or adulthood). In addition to boxing techniques, Cape Fear Boxing also teaches discipline, respect, confidence, and community involvement. I would highly recommend this program. My son absolutely loves going to class. In fact, I was so impressed I decided to join the adult program. Please take my advice and check it out.

My boys ages 5&10 love Cape Fear Boxing. Their physical fitness has improved and the program has definitely sparked their competitiveness. I would recommend everyone to sign their kids up to cape fear boxing for a program that’s not only packed with fun but beneficial physically and socially.

I've always struggled with my weight. I've spent so much of my time counting calories, intermittent fasting, working out the wrong way, and starving my body to achieve my weight loss goals. Nothing worked for me, and I became discouraged. I didn't know where to start. A friend of mine told me about Cape Fear Boxing's 6 Week Ladies Boxing Bootcamp and it piqued my interest. I made an appointment, and I did an InBody Assessment with Coach. We sat down and discussed what my short-term goals were and how I was going to achieve them. My short-term 6-week goal was to lose 12.1 pounds of body fat and in 21 days, I'm more than halfway there. So far, I've lost 8.4 pounds of body fat! I attend at least 5 to 6 classes a week. I follow a meal plan and it has helped me change the way I view food. I'm gentler with myself when it comes to "bad" foods. I've discovered foods that I love and foods that I could definitely live without, but it's been a fun journey. I love coming to Cape Fear Boxing! Coach Tee, Coach Coop, and Coach Kay are amazing and are so supportive. Being able to share my successes with them makes a huge difference in how I work out. So, thanks guys! You're the best!

After being a D1 rower in college and getting injured I struggled to find my motivation to exercise. Everything felt pointless and I didn’t know how to take care of myself. After gaining over 100lbs I decided to finally take control again and thank god I found Cape Fear Boxing. In just my first 21 days of classes I have lost 5.1 lbs of body fat. The coaches and other ladies at Cape Fear Boxing have become my new teammates and they keep me physically and mentally motivated. I am finally excited to exercise again and I can’t wait to see what more I can do with Cape Fear Boxing’s help!

Before the program I only walked the dogs and did minimal yard work. I felt lots of fatigue and would get out of breath quickly.I lost 8.3 lbs in 21 days!! For me it was quite an accomplishment! With the help of all the coaches and the tools provided throughout the program, I am constantly feeling motivated and want to hold accountability for my physical and mental health.I would definitely recommend CFB to anyone out there who wants to join a community that motivates each other. When I walked into the gym I felt welcome and I felt like I fit in. I was not intimidated by the coaches or the other members. Everyone was welcoming and encouraging. There is a very positive vibe.If there was an exercise I had difficulty with, I was never judged for it. I was told “it’s ok, you’ll get there” or was given options to modify the task. I look forward to going to the classes every time. It doesn’t feel like a chore. They are a lot of fun!!
