Before I joined Cape Fear Boxing I had given up on losing weight. I have a desk job and had reached the point where I was so stiff and tight I could barely walk most days. My youngest will be seven in August and I had tried P90X, Zumba, and Pilates with very minimal results.Cape Fear Boxing made me accountable. They followed up weekly to see how I was. They answered personal questions along my journey and provided solutions and help. They set a 6 week goal for me to lose 8.5 lbs and just in the first three weeks I had lost 5.8 lbs. I turned 40 in January and thought those results this late in life would be impossible for me.I would definitely recommend this gym. The members are so nice and welcoming and the coaches acknowledge and truly care about you personally reaching your goals. I finally look forward to working out every day!!!

I love this place! Before I started here, I was trying to get in shape on my own, but I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough to make a difference. The coaches at CFB definitely push you hard, but they use encouragement. With their positive attitudes and the upbeat, friendly atmosphere, I’m finding working out enjoyable for the first time in my life! Since I started, I’ve really built up my endurance and strength, and I’m more mindful about drinking water. I’d recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone at all who wants to get in shape, no matter their age or how much weight they have to lose.

5 STARS+ for awesome coaches, supportive accountability and a highly effective program. I recently moved to Wilmington and I was looking for a program to get me moving and enhance my health. I have a friend who was highly successful with boxing. I saw the 6 week challenge at Cape Fear Boxing, LLC and was impressed with their comprehensive program and I signed up immediately. The program has exceeded my expectations on many levels. First I was able to shed 7.3 lbs of fat in 3 weeks, the discipline has improved my diet 10 fold, I am less hungry and getting in way more nutrition. I find that the workouts are high energy, surrounded by other amazing women and the coaches are so empowering. I feel comfortable honoring my unique body and adapting to where I am at physically at any class. I am stronger physically, my clothes fit better I am encouraged with my early success. This has been an whole lift transformation. I find that when I take a class after work I can leave work stress where it belongs or eliminate it altogether, I am sleeping well and I am regaining self-confidence after years of healing. I am excited to see what the next 3 weeks bring and already planning a long-term commitment to take my health to the next level. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to take that next level health commitment.

Cape fare is a great great boxing camp for children since my kids have started they been doing a lil better n school and and there confidence is sky rocketing since the start and the days I sit back and watch them I can tell that they are learning more and more everyday

Before I came in to the program I took walks on trails and used a rowing machine in my home while I watch tv.This program changed me in a positive way, I have learned to push myself even more during workouts. The program has helped with heath issues, including both mental and physical.In the first 21 days I lost 11.4 lbs of body fat!I would recommend anyone that wants to challenge themselves to be better and learn some amazing new skills and techniques to join this program!

Before I started at CFB I was working out at a regular gym doing regular cardio(elliptical, treadmill)and weight machines. Since joining CFB I have felt increasingly more energetic and seen much better weightloss results more than ever doing my daily mundane gym routine. Even changing up my routines don't come close to what I get at CFB. Coach and my trainers are phenomenal! Always giving inspiring words to push me. My goal was 7.4 lbs of body fat in the 6 week challenge and I crushed it at 9.4 lbs of body fat loss! First time I've see the scale move in that direction since my menopause weight gain 2 years ago. I believe CFB approach to workout routines, maintainable food goals and outstanding support that keeps pushing me is the only reasons I'm feeling so good and getting great results. I recommend this gym to everyone! Oh and did I mention the great community feel from not only the coach and trainers but every other member as well. I am always lifted up when I go. Hello my name is Taylor and CapeFear Boxing has truly help me in many ways. Before the program I was going to the gym doing the same boring workout I was used to doing. CapeFear program has help me build my stamina, tone up, and in just 21 days I lost 3.1lbs of body fat! I would recommend CapeFear boxing to everybody! The coaches here are such amazing people that truly want the best for you. Everyday is a different workout that challenges you the best way. My 8 year old son attends Cape Fear Youth Boxing 3 days a week and absolutely loves it. He favorite part of the program is the running. He is always a ball of energy this time at Cape Fear Boxing allows him to defuse and get that excessive energy out. He also enjoys making new friends and the fun activities the Coaches prepare for them to do.Cape Fear Boxing has helped a tons with teaching my son to be accountable and learn to finish out what he starts.I would most certainly recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone looking for a positive energy and environment for their child/children to be involved in.

I lost 6.6 lbs of body fat in just 3 weeks! I can’t recommend cape fear boxing enough! This place has sky rocketed my confidence while allowing me to workout in an inspiring environment.
