Kerr Ave location: went in to try this location and ended up joining. This location is large and has plenty of machines if you need to use one. Very respectful member and staff.

I travel a lot for work and have seen more planet fitness locations than most. As for the one on Kerr St. In Wilmngton NC, they have the freindliest staff, the cleanest facilities, and a wonderful manager that holds it all together. I couldnt imagine calling anywhere else my gym!

Im always traveling for my work, and have seen too many planet fitness locations. As for the one in Wilmington, NC on Kerr St, They have the friendliest staff, the cleanest facilities and equipment, not to mention an amazing Manager that holds the whole place together. I can only call one Planet Fitness my home, and it would be right here.....

Great huge clean location with many different rooms for your workout needs. Staff friendly and attentive on gym floor. New machines and TVs across the entire gym and wasn’t freezing cold when you walk in. I’m not a fan when the PFs are freezing where the staff is bundled up in full winter attire and the fans are on full blast. Good all around Planet Fitness!!

The manager never seems to be on the floor when you call. Even after leaving your name & contact info they never get back to you. This is currently happening right now but it’s not the first time. I’m so over this store. JUST LET ME CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!! WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS SO HARD?!?!To the owner: NO, I’m NOT going to reach out to management because management is the problem!! Train your managers better!!!!
