It's okay, not my first choice though due to the selection of equipment. Also no sauna but, the staff are great to deal with.

Rude staff. Honest mistake to not know what time they closed. Screamed at me while I was in the showers, very condescending and they turned off the lights in the locker room while I was trying to hurry and get out, this made it very unsafe for me. Men’s locker room always seems to be filthy. Do better PF, either train your staff to be friendly to the public or get new people that can. If I could rate zero stars I would.

One of the Largest Planet Fitnesses Ive ever been it. Staff is friendly. Super clean. A few extra amenities that i havent seen before like a wind tunnel? Very cool.

A year later i still will give this location 5 stars. Size of location, cleanliness, equipment availability and staff consistently great. The trainer here, Caleb, continues to hold great classes that allow for modification & get as intense, or not, as you are able. I thank Caleb & PF in general for keeping it fun while helping me get so much more active and fit than I’ve ever beenI really, really like this location; the facility itself has plenty of space, equipment & locker room area-all of which are consistently clean. The staff is great & the new trainer here, Caleb, is awesome – his classes are fun & challenging in a welcoming & supportive environment regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey.

I cancel mi membership 4 months ago and they still charge monthly..Now they charge for renew ..I call to the gym and they say "we can't do anything "

Haven't written a review before but i think its well deserved! I became a member of the Planet Fitness in Carolina Beach a few years ago, then froze it while dealing with masks but once that was lifted i came back to kerr as my main gym. Ive been in Wilmington since 2013 and i've been a member of many gyms in the area and lately they all seem to be falling off from what they used to be, But i now i can always count on Planet Fitness to be on point, the air is always working, the equipment is always clean, everyone that works there is really nice, the members put equipment back and weights in the right spot, when things are broken its fixed promptly and fast.. unlike other gyms in the area where multiple main pieces of equipment break and stay broken for months, and the kerr repair guy is on it and fixes everything once it breaks. Also since coming here a few years ago until now, i can say Caity has done an AMAZING job running this Planet Fitness. She is always super friendly and on top of everything, when you're good to your staff they work hard; i wouldn't even doubt this to be the best gym in the Wilmington area. I have nothing but positive things to say, don't let her go anywhere haha

It’s a decent cheap gym, you do get what you pay for. Sarah at the front desk has made some questionable decisions at best. Keep your standards low and you won’t be too disappointed.

Always have a Great Experience here gym is clean when I arrive..the air conditioning works beyond Great...Atmosphere is Awesome The Staff is Energetic and excited to see us Worker Outers...And they greet everyone and say see ya next time as well to everyone....And NO LUNKIN..Caroline is Runs This Place..FrFr..but they are all contribute Great Teamwork...💯🙌🏿🙏🏿

Beautiful gym! Always clean, the members and staff members are always respectful. Really can't beat the price and the amount of equipment. Good for beginners or athletes, truly a Judgement Free Zone!
