This is a great gym. There are many training machines, everything you need is there, you don’t have to wait in line, everything is new and clean. Great gym for that money.

While normally there are no issues when coming to this gym. Recently there has been an issue with people working out with no shoes or socks on. I understand being in workout clothes and such but while using the workout equipment and rubbing your feet all over it while your standing there waiting for your new set is pretty unsanitary and disgusting for those around you and those who also have to use that same equipment. As any gym there is a dress code when entering the building, and as the saying goes in many places "no shoes, no shirt, no service". Why is this not being upheld for the respect of everyone else in the gym who pay to come to this gym and use the same equipment.

This PF is the largest one here in Wilmington. It has any and all equipment that a PF usually has unlike the smaller PF's that might be missing certain machines or equipment. Always clean and the staff is friendly.

So much equipment you don't have to wait to use. Tanning beds were state of the art. Staff was super friendly and helpful!!

They have all the machine I like to use, I wish they had more location around Leland aswell. I hate to drive all the way down Wilmington but other wise I love the gym.

Nice and clean place. Wasn't to crowded when I went. Friendly staff, even remembered that I called in advance to ask if their location had showers. Some location don't, so I like to check before heading out.

Absolutely love the customer service at this Planet Fitness location on Kerr. Caity greeted us like we were king lost friends — always a great start to a workout. She helped us with a complicated billing issue and handled quickly and with ease.

We had an awesome experience being helped by Caity who was working the front desk! She was very sweet and helpful and finally solved an issue we were having with our accounts for a while. So thankful for her resourcefulness, patience, and positive attitude.

They put me on freeze, told me that it would cancel if I didn't activate. I signed on a little tablet. I should have zoomed in and read it to see they would be reactive in 6 months. But hey I was just taking their word for it. Called and told them they can see I haven't been there once since I freeze it. Attendance does not matter! Over $120 gone for services not rendered. Very polite girl on the phone. I could hear her smile as she said it, doesn't matter, they have my money no refunds. They are a franchise private owner so the corporate division doesn't care. They obviously don't care. I will report this to every possible agency. Hopefully the local news will be interested as well.

Love this gym! It’s clean, and spacious. After a good workout, you can relax in the hydro lounge to help your tight muscles!
