Caleb, new trainer at PF Kerr Ave in Wilmington, NC is awesome There’s a group of us from work that go and we have lots of fun ; he’s got a great personality and shows modifications so regardless of our diff fitness levels, we can all get a good workout

I go there about 3 times a week, I am always greeted with a great welcoming . Very large and clean gym.I moved out of town and sent them a letter to cancel my subscription. They charged me then canceled my subscription. I emailed them back asking for a refund considering I literally cancel with in 12 hours of them charging me. Never responded. Great place but the cancellation process is just annoying and hard to do.

Love this Gym. ALWAY super clean. Lots of space and machines. Personal Trainer/ Guide included in membership cost. I just wish they had childcare options. I am glad they are back to 24 hours.

Gold gym has really impressed me, especially for the money. I've also noticed it is probably the cleanest place in town. If you are worried about going to the gym during Covid, I wouldn't worry about going here. The employees are constantly sanitizing on top of the fact that the patrons do a good job of sanitizing after themselves.

The place is very well equipped, so you can usually get to the station you would like to work on. The music can be a little monotone after a while. If only they can tune into The Penguin radio station!

I really enjoy all the staff, they are so very friendly!!! A all the equipment is always working!!! And the people that go there are not so stuck on themselves. And plus the gym is expanding and getting some new massage beds and chairs, hydromassage. I really enjoy them, they loosen me up!!! Before and after the workout. Plus they have great tanning beds and they change the bulbs frequently. If you meet assistant manager Mike he is the most nicest person that you have ever met. He will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need.GODSPEED

Came to Wilmington for a family vacation and forgot to bring my black card. At some locations this can be a problem - Hendrik looked me up right sway and made me feel really welcome. Great location, big, new equipment, black card area is new and lots of machines, Appreciate being made to feel like family instead of a trespasser!

A few reseasons: the Mgr is the best. Her personality is warm, she knows the cliental by their name, and that means a lot me. The staff is the same. If they miss seeing you for a while when you return they welcome you back i love it there they

I think the place is great, just a couple issues. Some very rude people tend to park on a machine in the weight room and tie it up while they spend time texting instead of working out. Also, too many of the TV's don't operate on the cardio machines.

Clean and nice. Large place with pleanty of equipment, both in terms of variety and amount. The equipment is in great condition and seems very well maintained. Lots of friendly staff around, if you need any help.
