Came into this fine establishment after a rainy day. Hoping I would find some heavy weights to throw around. Instead I was met by some good looking studs at the front desk who were more than happy to throw me around. I was a bit nervous at first. But with proper training and form I soon turned into a stud myself. Thanks planet fitness!

I’ve been a member with Planet fitness for years, moving around Ive always been able to find a PF near me. The Kerr PF staff always makes the gym an awesome place to workout in. It’s absolutely my favorite PF, from how clean the gym stays, how friendly the staff is, the amenities I as a black card member have access to. Always the best part of my day!

Wow. One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to, they make me feel so comfortable and keep it so clean. Katie specifically is the best, the way she vacuums is inspirational. I love this gym and am writing all of the employees into my will, that’s how much they impacted my life.

Been coming here for about a year and a half now and I've had no complaints. The machines and equipment are always in good shape and when one breaks down they repair it quick. The entire staff keeps the place clean and organized and are very friendly. Also shout out to Caroline Hill for checking me in as soon as I walk in and being an awesome person and employee

Great gym. I’ve been coming here for a year now. 99% if the equipment works great! Staff are kind and super helpful. Locker rooms are always clean. They do an excellent job of keeping the place spotless.Some minor downsides: not enough barbells (they need at least 2 racks) on super busy days it’s hard to find the one you need that’s available.The massage beds are excellent tho I wish you could reserve them easier from the bed itself (w/ a set timer so people don’t hog them) rather than the front kiosk.Overall great gym for the price

the girls are super mean and they're really inconsistent with their mask rules. I don't feel comfortable when I workout here and neither do some of my friends. the tanning is the main reason I go here but not worth it for the rude female employees.

Massage beds are constantly down. Moved during Covid and forget to mail in letter to close account after I tried calling to close and was informed that’s not possible. Went in and dropped off a cancellation letter, still couldn’t close. Charges kept growing even after they knew I was trying to close account. 1st class horrible experience. Oh, and I still can’t close account until full balance is paid so my bill will continue to rise even though I haven’t been in a year. Gotta love it!

Not worth the money. Machines are always full and most days it seems like the a/c is not on. Machines are clean mostly but the floors are not. Not ideal if you're doing floor workouts. Also they charge more than membership in late fees alone. 2 months cost me $50 after a problem with my savings account that caused the account to be closed. A nightmare gym.

I have been to over 20 different PF locations in 14 states over the last 5+ years. I have never had a bad experience until visiting this location. The staff hit the ‘Lunk Alarm’ because I was making “too much noise” bench pressing. I did nothing differently than I have at every other location. The smith machine bar was very loose and I told the worker that.This location has a very nice set up and great equipment, but I will never return after this incident. The staff made me feel very uncomfortable.
