You have to watch out for the thieves, my lockers broke in yesterday and my money was stolen, when I turned to the front desk, they told me it wasn't the first time. Just wish they had said it before it wouldnt leave things in the locker

So happy to have discovered this gym! I love the integration of an obstacle course style workout combined with mental challenges and teamwork activities.

Not crowd and very clean. Everyone here wears a mask and there are plenty of machines to work out on without getting in each others way. Very nice gym.

Clean gym, friendly staff, and affordable programs! It is important to note (as I don't see it anywhere on the website or app) that their hydromassage is currently down.UPDATE: Hydromassage is working now!

I love all the different equipment they have for everyone but it took me 4 separate times with 4 different employees to sign up correctly due to staff either being too lazy to enter info correctly or not knowing how which was very irritating not to mention embarrassing. Staff have to do better.

Planet Fitness is hit or miss. SOME of their staff is great, some others, like at the Arlington Heights one, are a bit rude and make you want to choke them. But for the price it is what it is.

Workout machines, tanning, massage chairs, treadmills, and sanitizing stations. Lost of dumbbells and a Smith machine round out some more of the equipment. All this for way less than what you would pay at most gyms. Very affordable for almost any budget.

I called ahead before coming for a cardio day and was lied to. I called to confirm that they have hydromassage beds. I was told that they do but in reality, they have loungers. I wish I had known before I did cardio; I could have changed up my workout.

I recently joined PF and I have to say that it is just "meh." The layout of the place makes the free weight section cramped so I always feel like I'm in the way of other people. They also don't have enough weights, so I often find myself waiting for the dumbbells that I want to use. They also only have one butterfly machine in the whole gym. That thing is constantly being used so sometimes I never get to use it. PF, BUY MORE OF THE POPULAR EQUIPMENT! There are too many treadmills and stairclimbers, but not enough weight equipment. If this gym weren't so cheap in membership fees, I would probably go somewhere else. Heck, I still might leave even with the low prices...

The service in Planet Fitness is terrible, we initially bought a subscription to have a free cancellation but when we tried to cancel out subscription and the worker told us that he will, he never actually did it and we got charged for the next 2 months following , and they do not return the money. Be careful when you leave them, they can withdraw money from you. And who has already left them, check your accounts !!!!
