I sent an email on March 5th, 2021 and no response yet.=====================How can I cancel the membership?I filled out the cancel paper three months ago, but you are still charging on my credit card. Would I ever be able to terminate the contract?======================

This gym should just close down , most of the cardio equipment is broken , the weights are rusted and old. The cushioning on the machines are torn, the staff is rude , I hear the white men yelling racial slurs in the gym. And nothing is done about it, ,hello its 2020 not 1945, I can't Believe such a terrible gym exists in such a rich area I don't understand, all of the planet fitness and LA Fitness is in the area are top notch quality.

I came to the facility last week to ask to freeze my account and ask for a refund. cause they re opened without letting me know. I signed a form to freeze my account and the guy from the front desk told me to send email to [email protected] for refund. After 1 week I was charged again and no response from the corporate. I was trying to call them, fill the contact form from the website, email and nothing. on the website they have note that I need to send mail and wait 4 weeks.  In 2020 send mail Carl!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Costumer service is terrible. When calling the office in Aurora IL no one answers the dam phone. I want to cancel my membership. I don’t want any part of this establishment. Due to covid I prefer to cancel over the phone rather then go into the gym.Update: corporate sent an email saying they canceled my membership. I’ve kept the email in case they decide to charge me again. I will never recommend this gym to anyone. I was a member for 7 yrs( estimate) the quality had dropped through out the years. I’ve lost weight I’ve gained weight. I’ve spent thousands of dollars in that gym. Trainers who were decent some who’d I wish I never signed with or should have canceled sooner. All in all the quality of the management and atmosphere declined. It’s not worth spending your money at this establishment.

This facility is clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. I used the pool, a typical small pool for a fitness center. I love the ability to reserve a lane and hope it is retained after the pandemic is over. The pool showed some age, but was not over-chlorinated. The temperature was perfect, just warm enough to not be shivering. The locker rooms were modern and clean.

This 8s a great gym. There are a lot of classes offered and the equipment is great. People are very friendly. The pool is fairly good and two hot tubs are great. The showers are clean and they have both sauna and steam room. They even have a swimsuit spinner to make it fairly dry so you can put it back in your gym bag without worrying that it'll soak it.

Tried canceling my membership at the beginning of the pandemic but they closed. Once they reopened I called to cancel and they kept telling me my account wouldn't be charged and not to worry and I could come back any time.They just charged me over $100 after not being charged for monthsI want a refund but I've received no call backs.It's been 3 days since I emailed about a refund and still haven't heard back.

Signed up right before they closed due to the pandemic.Tried to cancel, but apparently there is no way to do this online, and again the club was closed.Fast forward 5 months I get a $39.95 charge from xsport.Upon going in and speaking to Jordan,I was told that I should have known the gym was open because they sent an email a week ago (I received no such email) and that there was nothing they could do.He tried to have me “pause my membership” which I declined, at this point he seemed frustrated, had me sign a cancelation form, and THEN told me I’d be charged for canceling, which I declined.Upon calling corporate, I learned that there is no fee for canceling due to covid,And that he should have referred me to corporate for the refund.I don’t know what game they’re playing here, but when this pandemic is over they will not be getting our business ever again.

I canceled my membership, dirty locker room, swimming area, pool... it wasn't like that. I called 2 or 3 times to customer service. Nothing changed. Teenagers running this place, attitude and the way they talk to people, unless you want to spend money...super nice.

Originally left 4 stars. Then I saw the cancellation policy.LA Fitness: go into location and cancel. Go home.XSport: literally need to send a letter via certified mail..That's immensely annoying.Edit: it gets better. When I called them to see what specifically they want in the letter, I got put on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up on me. One terrible policy inspired me to drop my rating. Keep it up.
