I joined xsport about 7 months ago. I hated working out and thought If I pay for it I may go. I've tried repeatedly to get into it and have failed for the past 15 years, although I truly wanted to reach my goals. I was given personal training sessions incorporated in my sign up fee. So I began sessions with MIKE McKorkle. I was probably the most frustrating client he's ever had, lol. After 2 months my life is forever changed. Because of him working out is one of the best parts of my life. My body transformation is something I never thought possible. More importantly it has helped with my depression, and made me stronger in every aspect of life. He has a way to gently push you, motivate you and somehow got me 100% invested in this journey. I can honestly say he changed my life. He goes above and beyond to help with education and making it doable for anyone's life situation. I'll never be able to thank him enough for how my life is forever changed. This was the best decision I've ever made for myself and it's all because of him. He holds me accountable while encouraging me. He genuinely cares about about you and your progress. I just can't say enough. The gym is clean and has everything you need. I was given at home workouts because life is busy and you can't always make it in but skipping a day has now become non optional. I have a long way to go and can't do it without his guidance and me accountable in the most caring of ways. He's definitely an asset to this gym. I could go on and on but I think you get the point! If you are struggling in any aspect of your life this will be exactly what you need. Physically and mentally. I highly recommend joining and getting any sessions you can with him. You 100% will be glad you did. I can't thank him and xsport enough . They will work with you because we all know finances are a struggle. Im a single mom and they've gone above and beyond to help me. I can't explain enough how this turned my life around. I no longer walk with my head down. I'm proud, confident and have found happiness I really needed. This is honestly all because of Mike. Just go for it. Thank you to xsport and most of all Mike McKorkle.

Before pandemic closed the gym I wanted to cancel my membership because I was moving and I was told that I have to mail a certified letter with a request to cancel it which I did that was in March. Never received any confirmation from corporate whatsoever gym soon after was forced to close and after reopening my card wasn’t charged at all so I thought everything was ok. For months I haven’t been charged until oct when I was charged almost $140 for membership dues. I called the gym they gave me email address to get a refund. No response. I called the 877 number and after waiting for over 30 min I get somebody on the phone and she gives me some bs that I have never canceled my membership that they have never received a letter from me and they requested a receipt for the certified letter which after so many months I don’t have anymore. Ok whatever they said they can’t refund me the full amount but only last two months of membership. It is so easy to sign up for membership but when you want to cancel it you have to jump thru so many hoops It’s a very shady tactic I can’t proof that I’ve send the cancellation letter back in March because I don’t have a receipt anymore so they are using pandemic to get your money. Beware plus since I’ve moved I signed up to the gym close to me and after 2 months I canceled my membership there because I didn’t like it and had no issues like that. Simple phone call to the gym and I was done. If I could I would give zero stars

It works 24 hours per 365 days in year, and I like it for this money, but I don't like working vents when it's cold outside and I don't like that it's not so clean like in Life Time, for example, the soap is not in good quality,.tiny lockers

Since they removed my last review. Should be the first indication of what type of club this is. This place was a nightmare. Hidden fees, unauthorized charges to my credit card and months of fighting with them to get my money back. All I can say is stay away unless you want to create allot more stress in your life.

I dont know about the Staff`s schedule and dont know his name but I`ve been to this location last Wed night (Feb 6th) and the male staff at front desk treated me SUPER BAD, indifferently, after I told I was there to cancel my membership. Also made me wait for a dozen of people to check in just so he could take a copy of my paper that would take 5 sec. So if I had 100 reasons o cancel, there was the 101. ALSO, he never submitted my cancellation!! Thank God I asked him for a copy because I had to call Xports and e-mail them my paper so they could cancel it.

Very disappointed with this people, i went in person to put my account on hold, i filled form as i was having some issues, they charged full amount for 3 months, then i went to person again asked to refund and my account, then later a month, they charged me double amount with no previous month refund, i feel i spent more time with Xsports customer service than exercising in GYM. I have this issues from day1. I spent most of my time on front desk. I am very unhappy with Xsports.

Very nice for xsport. Lots of machines. Tons of cardio equipment. Not a lot of room for stretching and not a foam roller to be found. But it's a good space with a wide variety of options. Looks like a nice pool. Sauna and steam room were not working when I went but they looked good and if the cleanliness of the rest of the gym was any indication I'd guess well maintained too.
